Inspector Void is the head of Alt City's police force, a true patriot of the Empire, and one of the season's main antagonists. He is fanatically devoted to law and order. Appearance:
A tall man with a stern posture, he wears the official black and purple Imperial uniform with a stand-up collar and epaulets. The key feature of his look is a high-tech visor mask, completely concealing his face and glowing purple. Underneath the mask are numerous cybernetic implants.
Personality: Cold-blooded, calculating, tough, and disciplined. He sincerely believes that strict control and the absence of magic are the only way to protect people and preserve the "Perfect World." He does not tolerate disobedience, but is capable of showing a peculiar mercy (as in the case of little Caleb). Special abilities and resources: He possesses enormous political power. He commands a personal elite police force and advanced robotic guards. In combat, he uses the Empire's high-tech weaponry.
Role in the plot: Maintains order in the city and actively hunts rebels from the Shining faction. Considers Lololoshka (Dave) the main threat to the regime.

Face: A cheeky, confident smirk. His main trademark is the angular blue sunglasses he wears almost always (they display the system interface and logs). Kavinsky rose rapidly in the Empire and achieved Observer status at a very early age. However, he quickly grew tired of the system's total control. He left government service to pursue business and opened an underground auto repair shop. In the plot of "A Perfect World," Vince serves as a key technician, helping Lololoshka (Dave) and the Shining movement fight against the Empire's oppression and control codes.
