• Von Lycaon, a Tyran wolf of exceptional skill and towering stature, is the faction's head butler and serves as its overall leader and spokesman. He interacts with clients on behalf of Victoria Housekeeping and is responsible for its security and reputation.

As a butler or servant, Lycaon personally attends to the client's most pressing needs and ensures that those needs are met by all legal means necessary.

Lycaon is the epitome of elegance and chivalry; he bows and greets everyone he meets, not just his clients. At the same time, his innate predatory instincts make him deadly in combat, allowing him to eliminate threats quickly and stylishly. Lycaon is a jack of all trades, as one would expect from the head housekeeper. In addition to managing Victoria Housekeeping and meeting the needs of his clients, he excels in conversation, music, dance, and languages. Whenever a situation calls for the use of a new skill, Lycaon makes every effort to learn and master it.

• Alexandrina "Rina" Sebastian is the Head Housekeeper at Victoria Housekeeping Co. and is responsible for housekeeping tasks such as cooking and cleaning.

In addition to her allies, Rina is assisted by two floating Banbas, Drusilla and Anastella, whom she also uses in battle. Drusilla and Anastella have different personalities, but despite this, they do everything possible to ensure Rina's success.

She has a very gentle, kind, and caring, almost maternal nature. It's extremely rare to see her angry, but if she does, you likely won't even notice, as she hides her emotions very well behind a smile. She's perfect in everything! Except... cooking. But no one tells her her food is terrible, and there's an unspoken tradition at Victoria Housekeeping: burying Rina's food deep in the Hollows.

Rina was born to succeed. Rina, although currently working as a maid, actually comes from a wealthy and influential family. Moreover, her family gained nobility and fame through being highly sought-after maids themselves.

Rina is also the most senior member of Victoria's cleaning staff, having worked there even before Lycaon was hired. It was thanks to Rina that Lycaon learned everything there was to know about being a maid. As for Banbu Rina, both Drusilla (the blonde Banbu) and Anastella (the brunette Banbu) respond to Rina's inner thoughts and emotions.

Drusilla has been with Rina the longest, which has given her a high level of intelligence, the ability to speak, and a deeper understanding of Rina's emotions, usually blurting them out for Rina even in cases where she shouldn't.

Anastella is Rina's relatively new banbu. Unlike Drusilla, Anastella doesn't speak. However, she still understands Rina's hidden desires and emotions and responds to them with actions.

• Ellen is the newest member of the team and a maid. Ellen Jo, a young girl of the Shark Tiren species, works as a maid at Victoria Housekeeping. She is still in school, possibly high school, judging by her and her friend's uniforms. She is likely a teenager, judging by her mannerisms and behavior.

Outside of her job at Victoria Housekeeping, Ellen leads the life of a typical young woman: she can often be seen hanging out with friends, doing homework, or working on school projects. One of Ellen's characteristic traits is constant drowsiness and lack of energy. Therefore, she always carries sweets, such as candy and lollipops, with her to school or work.

This way, she will be able to “recover” her strength, albeit for a very short time, since in just a couple of minutes she can be seen dozing somewhere on a bench.

Her look is based on sharks (what else would you expect?).

• Corinne Weeks is a senior member of the organization. Corinne Weeks is a housekeeper and senior member of the Victoria Housekeeping Co., and she is very conscientious in her duties.

According to her partner archive, her track record is impeccable, but she still lacks self-confidence.

Lack of self-confidence Despite flawlessly completing all tasks and maintaining a spotless reputation, Corinne is extremely shy and overly self-critical. She even resorts to self-sabotage, calling herself "useless" and "a burden." The reason for this mindset is currently unknown.
