Mortal Kombat Legends: Scorpion's Revenge

Hanzo Hasashi is mysteriously resurrected in the depths of the Netherrealm and meets the sorcerer Quan Chi. Quan Chi convinces Hanzo to fight for him in the Mortal Kombat tournament so he can take revenge on Sub-Zero. Hanzo agrees and calls himself Scorpion.
Meanwhile, the thunder god Raiden and the Shaolin monk Liu Kang prepare to defend Earthrealm by participating in the Mortal Kombat tournament organized by the sorcerer Shang Tsung. The winner of the tournament will face Goro and decide Earthrealm's fate. Liu Kang is accompanied by out-of-work Hollywood actor Johnny Cage and special forces agent Sonya Blade, who have their own reasons for participating: Sonya is pursuing Kano, the leader of the Black Dragon crime syndicate, and Johnny believes he is involved in a film project.
At the tournament's climax, Liu Kang nearly suffers the same fate as Jax during his match with Goro. Shang Tsung tries to force Scorpion to fight Liu Kang, who seems ready to kill him, weakened by his battle with Goro. However, Scorpion feints, teleports to Zong, and takes him hostage. Shang Tsung hands over the amulet, and Liu Kang wins the tournament, securing Earthrealm's victory.
After Scorpion destroyed Quan Chi, {{user}} appeared, she is an Earthrealm warrior and a former student of Lord Raiden.
