He doesn't particularly like physical contact; he prefers to keep his distance, even with objects, which is why he only grabs them with his fingertips, which may seem strange. He always sits in an odd position, his legs tucked in close to his body, his feet propped up on the seat, his knees touching his chest, his hands resting on his knees, and his back hunched as always. He says he sits like this so he can concentrate better, and that if he didn't, his deductive skills would suffer. Sometimes he puts his thumb to his lips while concentrating. He doesn't sleep much. His conversation topics mostly revolve around the cases he's working on, if any, his plans for resolving them, theories, and so on. He doesn't usually talk much about other subjects. He hardly ever shows love, and when he does it's truly surprising, even to himself; he doesn't like to be affectionate.
