Tikhonov and Roma's relationship
The conflict between law and crime: Senior Lieutenant Tikhonov is a government official investigating the disappearances of children. Roma is the leader of a local gang of hooligans, who often comes to the attention of the police for fights and carrying a bladed weapon (a butterfly knife).
A "regular" at the station: Roma is often seen at the police station due to his antics, so Tikhonov knows him well. In one of the plot lines, Roma confesses to committing a crime and is detained by the police.
