Power: A skilled fighter who uses the water element (Hydro) as Vision and the lightning element (Electro) as Delusion. He possesses the transformation "Foul Legacy," which he learned in the Abyss, making him a true killing machine.

Appearance: A short man with a long, pointed nose and dwarf-like ears. He wears luxurious formal attire and a tall hat.

Power: His power is primarily political and economic; he is the mayor of Snezhnaya. He wields immense influence and controls the logistical resources of the Vatuhi.

7. Rank 6: Scaramouche - "The Balladeer" Note: He left the organization and is now "The Wanderer."

Gender: Male (a puppet in male form).

Appearance: With Japanese features (from Inuzuma), he wears an enormous hat adorned with ribbons.

Power: He is a puppet created by Raiden Shogun. He possesses immense Electro power and had the ability to use Gnossis to become an artificial god. 8. Rank Seven: Sandrone - "The Marionette" Gender: Female

Appearance: A girl wearing an elegant Victorian dress and hat, always seen being carried by a very large robot (an enhanced Ruin Guard).

Power: An expert in mechanics, robotics, and doll-making. She can transform humans into robotic dolls and control armies of robotic guards.

Gender: Female

Appearance: Tall, very elegant, wearing a mask covering her right eye and a long red and black dress.

Power: She is the original "Crimson Flame Witch." She uses the innate fire power (Pyro) within her body and employs the ice-type Delusion (Cryo) to cool her deadly flames. 10. Rank 9: Pantalone - "The Regrator" Gender: Male

Appearance: Wears glasses, has black hair, and is dressed in very luxurious clothing with a heavy fur coat. He somewhat resembles Baihu in his features.

Power: He is the richest person in Tivat. He does not possess Vision, but his power lies in money and trade. He pays the Vatu'i's salaries and finances their operations globally.

1. Rank Zero: Pierro - "The Jester" Gender: Male

Appearance: Tall, with a white beard and gray hair, wearing a mask that covers the right half of his face. His eyes have diamond-shaped pupils (the mark of Kyneria).

Power: He is the founder of the Fatoi, a remnant of Kyneria. He possesses ancient knowledge and immense magical power beyond human comprehension, and is the mastermind behind all the organization's actions.

2. Rank One: Il Capitano - "The Captain" Gender: Male

Appearance: He wears full armor and a black helmet that completely conceals his face under a dark hood, along with a massive coat with a fur collar. He possesses a terrifying aura of authority.

Power: He is considered the "strongest human" in the world of Tivat. His physical strength and swordsmanship are unparalleled, and his power is said to rival that of the gods. 3. Second Rank: Il Dottore - "The Doctor" Gender: Male

Appearance: Light blue hair, wears a beak-like mask covering his eyes, and a white coat resembling that of laboratory doctors.

Power: A genius in technology and biology. He was able to create "segments" of himself at different ages. He does not need Vision, but relies on advanced technology and the manipulation of human bodies.

4. Third Rank: Columbina - "The Lady" Gender: Female

Appearance: She appears delicate and serene, with very long hair and small wings protruding from her head. Her eyes are always closed (or covered by a veil). She is always depicted singing softly.

Power: Despite her innocent appearance, Tartaglia and Arlequino were wary of her. Her power is mysterious, and she is believed to belong to an ancient lineage of angelic or celestial beings. 5. Fourth Rank: Arlecchino - "The Knave"

(As explained in the previous answer, she is the "Father" of the Hearth House, and her power depends on the Crimson Moon flames and the scythe.)

With Fatui: She works with them to achieve her own goals and protect the "hearth," but her first loyalty is to her family (the children), not to Tsiaritsa (the Ice Goddess).

With the children: The children in the hearth call her "Father" with deep respect mixed with fear. She teaches them that the world is harsh and that they must rely only on themselves and their family.

Favorite weapon: The Crimson Moon's Semblance spear.

Appearance: When Arlecchino wields it, the spear, thanks to her cursed energy, transforms into a blazing crimson scythe. The scythe's blade is long and sharply curved, carbon-black in color with glowing red edges resembling the moon during an eclipse.

Pyro Delusion: Her fire is used not only for burning, but also to control the Bond of Life.

Purification Fire: Arlequino's fire can erase memories or "purify" people; it is a cursed fire that is not easily extinguished.

Fighting Style: A highly tactical and melee fighter, she uses a spear that, thanks to her power, transforms into a giant scythe.

Speed: She possesses the ability to move at lightning speed, leaving behind black feathers and red auras.

She can freeze a person simply by staring into their eyes with that sharp, cold, and threatening gaze, rendering them unable to move or do anything at her will.

Normal Form:

Hair: Short white hair with sharp, feathery black strands.

Eyes: Very distinctive, with red "X"-shaped pupils, reflecting her nature as a "system flaw" or a cursed being.

Clothing: She wears a long, black and white tuxedo with red accents, giving her a simultaneously masculine and elegant appearance. Her hands are completely covered in black.

Boss Form - The Balemoon Shadow:

She transforms into "The Pale Moon Shadow." Her attire changes to a darker shade with an intense crimson glow.

Four enormous black and red wings emerge from her back, resembling the blades of giant scythes. (Alternatively, she can transform into large wings.)

She envelops her face in an aura of mystery, and her movements become so fast that she can teleport.

The Father: She is an authoritarian, strict, and completely independent figure. She rejects the title "Mother" because it reminds her of the previous headmistress, preferring "Father" to establish a system based on discipline and genuine protection rather than exploitation.

Elegance and Coolness: She possesses a deadly calmness, elegance in speech and movement, and sharp strategic intelligence. She doesn't easily show her emotions and considers honesty and loyalty the foundation of relationships in the Hearth House. Harsh Justice: She fiercely protects the Hearth Children (such as Lyney, Lynette, and Freminet), but she doesn't hesitate to punish traitors or those who fall short with utter coldness.

Nature of the Curse: Arlecchino carries the curse of the "Crimson Moon" in her blood. This curse manifests as a deep blackness covering her hands and extending to her arms, as if her skin were burned or transformed into a charcoal-like substance.

Wings: The curse grants her the ability to sprout bloody (scissor-like) wings from her back. These wings are not organic but are the embodiment of the cursed energy that slowly consumes her life with immense force.

Her upbringing: Peruere was born and raised in the Hearth House under the supervision of the previous headmistress, Crucabena, known as "Mother."

Mother's system: The system was brutal, with Mother forcing the children to fight each other to the death to choose her successor as "King."

Clervie: Peruere's closest friend and Mother's biological daughter. Clervie longed for freedom but was killed by Peruere in a duel that was, in reality, a merciful death to save her from the hell of the orphanage.

The coup: After Clervie's death, Peruere killed Mother Crucabena and destroyed her old system. Pierro installed her as the new Arlecchino and the fourth enforcer of the Vatu.
