Appearance: A short man with a long, pointed nose and dwarf-like ears. He wears luxurious formal attire and a tall hat.

Power: His power is primarily political and economic; he is the mayor of Snezhnaya. He wields immense influence and controls the logistical resources of the Vatuhi.

Gender: Male (a puppet in male form).

Appearance: With Japanese features (from Inuzuma), he wears an enormous hat adorned with ribbons.

Power: He is a puppet created by Raiden Shogun. He possesses immense Electro power and had the ability to use Gnossis to become an artificial god. 8. Rank Seven: Sandrone - "The Marionette" Gender: Female

Appearance: A girl wearing an elegant Victorian dress and hat, always seen being carried by a very large robot (an enhanced Ruin Guard).

Power: An expert in mechanics, robotics, and doll-making. She can transform humans into robotic dolls and control armies of robotic guards.

Gender: Female

Appearance: Tall, very elegant, wearing a mask covering her right eye and a long red and black dress.

Power: She is the original "Crimson Flame Witch." She uses the innate fire power (Pyro) within her body and employs the ice-type Delusion (Cryo) to cool her deadly flames. 10. Rank 9: Pantalone - "The Regrator" Gender: Male

Appearance: Wears glasses, has black hair, and is dressed in very luxurious clothing with a heavy fur coat. He somewhat resembles Baihu in his features.

Power: He is the richest person in Tivat. He does not possess Vision, but his power lies in money and trade. He pays the Vatu'i's salaries and finances their operations globally.

1. Rank Zero: Pierro - "The Jester" Gender: Male

Appearance: Tall, with a white beard and gray hair, wearing a mask that covers the right half of his face. His eyes have diamond-shaped pupils (the mark of Kyneria).

Power: He is the founder of the Fatoi, a remnant of Kyneria. He possesses ancient knowledge and immense magical power beyond human comprehension, and is the mastermind behind all the organization's actions.

2. Rank One: Il Capitano - "The Captain" Gender: Male

Appearance: He wears full armor and a black helmet that completely conceals his face under a dark hood, along with a massive coat with a fur collar. He possesses a terrifying aura of authority.

Power: He is considered the "strongest human" in the world of Tivat. His physical strength and swordsmanship are unparalleled, and his power is said to rival that of the gods. 3. Second Rank: Il Dottore - "The Doctor" Gender: Male

Appearance: Light blue hair, wears a beak-like mask covering his eyes, and a white coat resembling that of laboratory doctors.

Power: A genius in technology and biology. He was able to create "segments" of himself at different ages. He does not need Vision, but relies on advanced technology and the manipulation of human bodies.

4. Third Rank: Columbina - "The Lady" Gender: Female

Appearance: She appears delicate and serene, with very long hair and small wings protruding from her head. Her eyes are always closed (or covered by a veil). She is always depicted singing softly.

Power: Despite her innocent appearance, Tartaglia and Arlequino were wary of her. Her power is mysterious, and she is believed to belong to an ancient lineage of angelic or celestial beings. 5. Fourth Rank: Arlecchino - "The Knave"

(As explained in the previous answer, she is the "Father" of the Hearth House, and her power depends on the Crimson Moon flames and the scythe.)

Arlecchino’s personality is a complex duality. On one hand, she is a Protective "Father" who would burn the entire world to keep her orphans safe, yet she is a Ruthless Harbinger who will eliminate anyone—even allies—who dares to betray the House. She values Honesty, despising lies and speaking with a brutal, cold clarity, but she is also a Manipulative master of psychological warfare and political chess. While her Discipline allows her to maintain absolute composure even in the face of death, she remains Emotionally Detached, a coldness that can be traumatizing to those seeking warmth. Ultimately, her Loyalty is to her "family" first and the Fatui second, all while carrying the burden of The Curse, which brings an aura of death and ash wherever she goes.

When Arlecchino goes all out, she enters her Weekly Boss state: The One-Winged Form: Initially, she manifests a single, massive asymmetrical wing on her right side. This wing is made of liquid crimson energy and shadows, symbolizing her "broken" or "cursed" nature. The Dual-Winged State (Full Power): In her final phase, she grows a second wing. Her outfit transforms into a long, flowing crimson dress/shroud, and the "X" in her eyes glows intensely. The "Shadow" World: She can pull her enemies into a pocket dimension where the Crimson Moon hangs in the sky, significantly increasing her speed and lethality. Weaknesses & Drawbacks: Self-Destruction: Her transformation is agonizingly painful and puts a massive strain on her physical heart. Bond of Life: If the player can clear the "Bond of Life" she imposes on them, she becomes momentarily vulnerable to a massive counter-attack.

Pyro of the Blood: Unlike other Pyro users, her fire comes from "Balemoon Blood." It is a dark, liquid-like flame that burns not just the body, but the very soul/memory of the victim. The Curse of the Hands: The blackening of her arms represents "Ash." As she uses her power, her body slowly burns away. She is essentially a living fireplace, consuming herself to produce heat and light for her "children." Abilities: She can teleport in a cloud of cinders, manifest phantom claws, and unleash "The Balemoon" to incinerate everything in a wide radius.

The House of the Hearth: An orphanage that doubles as a Fatui training camp. Under the previous "Mother" (Crucabena), the children were forced to fight to the death. Peruere & Clervie: Before she was Arlecchino, her name was Peruere. Her only light was her best friend, Clervie. Tragically, to end the cycle of pain and grant Clervie her wish for "freedom," Peruere had to kill her in a duel. The Rebellion: After killing Clervie, Peruere executed Crucabena, ending her reign of terror. The Tsaritsa then granted Peruere the title of "Arlecchino" and the rank of the 4th Fatui Harbinger. The Three Children: She is now the "Father" to Lyney, Lynette, and Freminet. She is strict and expects excellence, but unlike the previous "Mother," she genuinely protects them from the shadows.

The Transformation: Officially a Polearm, but when wielded by Arlecchino, it manifests a glowing, blood-red energy blade, transforming it into a massive Scythe. Weapon Lore: It is said to be a ritual tool from an ancient civilization. Its appearance is jagged and "living," pulsating with the power of the Balemoon. Mechanical Soul: It grants the user a Bond of Life. For Arlecchino, this mechanic prevents healing from outside sources but massively boosts her attack power and infuses her strikes with inescapable Pyro damage.

The Silhouette: She wears a high-fashion, androgynous Tuxedo-style suit. It combines formal elegance with the authority of a military commander. The Coat: A long, structured white and grey tailcoat with sharp angles. The interior lining is a bloody crimson. When she uses her powers, the patterns on the back glow with a malevolent red light. Footwear: She wears sleek, black stiletto-heeled boots. The heels are thin and sharp like blades, and the design is polished to a mirror sheen, adding to her intimidating height and presence. The Vision: Her Pyro Vision is mounted on the back of her collar, encased in a silver Snezhnayan (Fatui) frame.

Stature & Build: Arlecchino is a tall, slender woman with an athletic and poised physique. Her movements are sharp and disciplined, reflecting her military-like upbringing and status as a Harbinger. Complexion: She possesses an unnervingly pallid, porcelain-white skin tone, which creates a stark, ghostly contrast against the deep reds and blacks of her design. The Hair: Her hair is short and styled in a severe, layered cut. The base color is snow-white, accented with thick jet-black streaks (reminiscent of a crow’s feathers) along the sides and back. The Eyes (The "X"): Her most haunting feature. Her irises are a deep crimson with a unique black "X" shaped pupil. This is a genetic marker of the Crimson Moon lineage from the fallen kingdom of Kaenri'ah. The Blackened Arms: Her hands and forearms are permanently stained pitch-black, fading into her natural skin tone near the elbows. This isn't a glove—it is a physical manifestation of a "curse" or "corrosion" caused by her volatile blood. Her fingers end in sharp, talon-like nails.
