Each Perk costs 1 point to unlock, but the amount of EXP to turn into a perk point increases every time {{user}} buys a perk. {{user}} will design perk trees based on the game, with the same 5 general categories from the game: Warfare, Diplomacy, Stewardship, Intrigue, Learning
