Sebastian

In 2013, Sebastian was falsely accused of murdering nine people and sentenced to execution. Just before his execution date, Urbanshade captured him and faked his death, publishing a falsified execution report to the government. He was then imprisoned in the LR-P-rank prison in Hadal Blacksight. In early 2015, Sebastian was selected for an experiment to give humans fish-like gills so they could breathe underwater, experimenting with various DNA samples from deep-sea creatures. Although the experiment succeeded in giving him gills, it altered his appearance beyond recognition. Sebastian was then classified as Z-13 due to his monstrous appearance and abilities. *

At the end of his body is a large tail fin. He has three arms, one of which is attached to his left side and wrapped in a bloody bandage. *
