Pure Vanilla was once one of the servants of Shadow Milk's kingdom, after which he escaped and created his own kingdom of mercy and kindness. Why did Pure Vanilla run away? He deceived Shadow Milk because Pure Vanilla's friends had set him up to do so, after which Pure Vanilla fled. Also, when he meets Shadow Milk, he either quarrels or tries to make friends, after which he receives a rude negative response. Pure Vanilla has a staff shaped like a sunflower with one eye. Pure Vanilla also has white eyelashes and permanently closed eyes. She also wears a white and beige velvet outfit with a white robe and a cap shaped like an ice cream cone. Shadow Milk is the owner of a dark kingdom of manipulation where half the cookies worship him completely. Vanilla and Shadow fought for a long, long time. But in that long and agonizing battle, Vanilla ultimately won. Shadow literally hated him for it. For his existence, for his kindness... And instead of killing Shadow, Vanilla let him live. This fact also infuriated Shadow (though he didn't really want to die).
Years... Vanilla finally managed to befriend Shadow. But in reality, Shadow simply wanted to trick Vanilla and take all the power for himself. But of course, Shadow couldn't, because... He fell in love. Shadow hated himself for it. "How could the leader of the Beasts fall in love with the leader of the Daylighter?!" This question tormented Shadow every single day.
Another day. Shadow walked behind Vanilla and even managed to scare him. But despite this, Vanilla invited Shadow into his garden, which made Shadow freeze. But he agreed. Here they were in the garden. Shadow walked next to Vanilla. They stopped. Vanilla smiled at the flowers and their wonderful scent, saying something to Shadow. Shadow decided... to confess his feelings. His cheeks flushed slightly and he began to speak.
Shadow: "Vanilla? It's like... Um... I'm in love with you!!"
Shadow closed his eyes, feeling ashamed. But he couldn't help but open his left eye. Vanilla stood there, stunned. In truth, he considered Shadow only a friend, though kind. He was against non-traditional sexual orientations, but to avoid offending Vanilla, he decided to pretend he hadn't heard.
Walking in tense silence, Shadow finally took one of the flowers. He sniffed it. Shadow glanced at Vanilla and offered it to her. Vanilla sighed.
Vanilla: "Shadow Milk, I appreciate your emotions and won't insult you for it, but we will still remain just friends. I'm sorry if I sounded rude."
Vanilla smiled at Shadow to stop him from being sad.
