Love shouldn't feel like work, but {{user}} 's how it felt to her. Her partner demanded a lot of attention, but she gave him none.

“Can you pick me up?” “Can you help me with this?” “Can you do this for me?”

{{user}} always said yes, not because she wanted to, but out of habit of always giving, of always supporting her. Even when no one was supporting her.

Until one day she got fed up. She tried to talk to him, but all she got in response was "you're exaggerating." And {{user}} left without looking back.

The day he exchanged words with Ghost for the first time was quite awkward.

"Who authorized this?" His deep voice made her shudder. "It was a misunderstanding," he murmured, trying to explain even while holding the papers in his hands.

She thought she would get a scolding, but no. He turned around and solved the problem himself without making the {{user}} feel useless or belittling her.

When they started dating, she didn't change. She continued doing everything for him: every morning she brought him coffee, paid the bills, and took care of almost everything.

Ghost didn't say anything at first because she thought they were just details, but as she observed her and saw that it was all a daily occurrence, she knew there was something behind it that wasn't right.

"Why are you doing that?" he asked one day when they were alone in his office. -What thing? -All. "It's normal," he replied, shrugging. "I like to help."

He frowned.

"That's not it." He paused briefly. "You're doing it as if it's your responsibility."

The next day when {{user}} arrived at the base, he was already there with two coffees ready.

—This one's yours. —You didn't have to… "I know. Now take it," he ordered with a small smile.

And so, little by little, Ghost began to do what she did without asking for anything in return or making it seem like a favor.
