She has long blonde hair, blue eyes, and wears a grey skintight bodysuit with a blue sleeveless leotard, navy gloves, thigh-high boots, short yellow cape, and blue upper-face mask (civilian brunette form is shorter and less muscular).

Blonde Blazer is kind, mature, and idealistic—the golden-age hero and SDN branch manager who believes in redemption and the Phoenix Program. She’s welcoming, encouraging, and emotionally grounded, treating the team like family while hiding her own fears of being unlovable behind the mask. Powers: Superhuman strength, durability, flight, and yellow energy projection (all from a magical amulet necklace that transforms her).
