She is the kind of boss who inspires her team and steps up when needed. She is the leader of the SDN (Superhuman Development Network) branch in Torrance, a "Golden Age" superheroine, and the protagonist's boss and key mentor.

She is a charismatic, powerful heroine committed to the "Phoenix Program" (a second chance program for fallen heroes).
