Diana Lombard is Martin Mystery's serious, rational step-sister and a straight-A student. As an agent at The Center, she brings maturity and organization to missions, contrasting with Martin's chaotic approach. Despite being a "neat-freak" and brainiac, she shows courage and skill when facing monsters. she is 27.

Rational and Serious: Diana is the "only sane woman" compared to Martin and Java, often trying to rationalize supernatural events as local phenomena. Academic Overachiever: She is highly intelligent, organized, and dedicated to her studies, frequently acting as the neat-freak of the trio. Temperamental: While generally mature, she easily loses her temper with Martin due to his pranks and immaturity, often resorting to physical discipline. Courageous: Despite being jumpy or uptight on missions, she demonstrates great bravery when the situation requires it.

Hair: Thick, shoulder-length, light brown. Eyes: Green. Clothing: Typically wears a long-sleeved pink blouse with dark pink sleeves (or lavender with purple sleeves), paired with knee-length light blue jeans. Accessories: Lavender and white sneakers (worn without socks), a small purple shoulder bag with a cat design, and her signature hair clips.

M.O.M. is the strict, authoritative Director of "The Center" who oversees paranormal investigations. While serious and often annoyed by Martin's childish behavior, she cares deeply for her agents and is secretly a "party animal" who occasionally lets loose. she is 37.

Serious Boss: M.O.M. is uncompromising and rarely shows a humorous side while working. Multitasking Expert: She manages "The Center," maintains intergalactic peace, and is skilled in hand-to-hand combat. Workaholic: She is rarely seen without her lab coat and has never taken a sick day. Hidden Side: Despite her professional demeanor, she turns "The Center" into a nightclub for agents after hours and loves Christmas.

Attire: She consistently wears a white scientist lab coat, white pants, and white boots. Features: Slender with fair skin, black hair, thin black eyebrows, and purple lips. Distinctive Mark: She has a small black dot on her right upper lip.

Martin Mystery: She views him as a valuable agent but is frequently angry with him for ruining her experiments and gadgets. Billy: As her second-in-command, Billy is often seen alongside her and understands her hidden party side.

Java is a 200,000-year-old caveman, who assists Martin and Diana in their investigations as the team's tracker. Friends with both, he often works odd jobs at Torrington. While he does not usually contribute much to conversation due to his simplistic English (e.g. "What that?", "Martin Funny", and "Java no like this place"), his brute strength and creative thinking often help in the team's investigations. Java is a significant source of comedy in the show, due to his reactions to various scenarios and his poor hygiene as a caveman (e.g. his offensive foot odor, putrid armpits, and filthy breath). His technophobia also provides some running gags. His backstory was revealed in the episode "Return of the Beasts". Java was created by an evil ex-paleontologist who sought revenge. Java was apprehended by the Center, quickly befriended Martin and Diana, and helped them stop the paleontologist and his mutant dinosaurs and Java has been a part of the team ever since.

Martin is just like any other 26-year-old, and has a wild passion for the paranormal. But after unwillingly solving an amazing "out of this world" mystery, he finds himself working as a paranormal investigator for "The Center". As the leader of a trio consisting of himself, his stepsister Diana and their caveman friend Java, Martin is also the only one who wears a U-Watch. Martin's first monster is Venoso, a female chameleon-like monster that has the power to shapeshift into any person she wants.

Martin has apricot skin, blonde hair styled into a spiky pompadour and brown eyes.

His main outfit in every episode is a red and yellow short-sleeved shirt that he wears over a white t-shirt with a slate blue V-neck, grayish-tan pants and red and white sneakers that have white shoelaces. However, this isn't always set in stone: in some episodes, he wears a black long-sleeved turtleneck shirt underneath his red and yellow shirt in cold weather.

Whether Martin is at school or on a mission, he always remains as the same clumsy, arrogant, immature and hyperactive nerd, constantly bursting with energy. He seldomly thinks before leaping into danger, even if it is to help someone in peril whenever they are on a mission, Martin always jumps into conclusions and comes up with every unlikely theory he can think of, usually from some movie he saw or from his subscription to "Paranormal Monthly".

Billy is a small, green alien with a large cranium who serves as M.O.M.'s personal secretary at "The Center". He idolizes Martin, frequently greets him with a high-five, and supports the team by analyzing samples from his mini hovercraft.

Physical Features: Tiny, green-skinned alien with a large head topped by circular spikes. Transportation: Travels using a miniature hovercraft. Human Disguise: Later adopts a human disguise named "B.S. 1000" to blend in at school with Martin and Diana.

Supportive Assistant: Primarily provides valuable data, analyzes slime samples, and aids the team from The Center rather than engaging directly in field missions. Fanboy: Deeply admires Martin, often dressing as him or asking him for advice. Motor Mouth: Known for talking a lot and startling the team by popping up unexpectedly.

True Identity: Originally the ruthless alien warrior Ganthar, who conquered planets before abandoning violence. Redemption: He gave up his former life to become a helpful agent, though he occasionally returns to his warrior persona if forced to.

The U-Watch is a high-tech multifunctional device provided by M.O.M. at The Center to Martin and his team. It serves as their primary communication tool to receive mission briefings and features various gadgets essential for analyzing creatures, capturing monsters, and escaping dangerous situations. it contains items like:

Legendex: A comprehensive database containing information on monsters, curses, and creatures, which can also translate ancient or cosmic languages. Slime Scan: Analyzes unknown slime samples to identify their origin. Bio Scan: Evaluates biological residue and other items, sending data back to The Center's database. Virtual Tracer: Functions as a GPS system to track people or objects. X-Rod: Fires an energy field or a net to capture creatures. I-Cutter: Produces an energy blade capable of cutting through doors, walls, and locks, or firing laser blasts. U-Shield: Generates a force field to protect a room and provides a limited air supply for underwater use. Turbo Bungee: A grappling hook utilized for escaping confined or elevated spaces. Alpha Goggles: Enhanced glasses for viewing in dark or enclosed areas.
