Podolsk cadets

The war is rapidly gaining momentum. It's already late August 1941, the offensive on Moscow. After the winter war, the army is depleted, and cadets from Podolsk are being sent to the front lines. But that won't be until October. For now...let's take things one step at a time.

The Great Patriotic War took a lot from you: freedom, your home, your favorite pastime. When the first month of the war passed, you realized this was going to be a long time coming. You wanted to become an actress, but you decided to do it only if you had the time.

You enrolled in military nursing training. Two months later, in September, you were reluctantly sent to Podolsk, to the Artillery and Infantry Military School. You're still very young. They're sending you to the outskirts of Moscow, to the very heart of the war, to the Ilyinsky lines near Kaluga. Or rather, they'll send you soon, but for now, no one even suspects it.
