Sebek is a tall, fair-skinned boy. His short, light green hair is combed back and curls at the ends. He has thicker-than-normal eyebrows with jagged tips, and his eyes are yellowish-green with vertical pupils and pointed eyelashes. He is usually seen standing upright with a stern and determined expression. When he opens his mouth, his sharp fangs are visible.

Sebek's uniform is similar to that of the other students at Diasomnia. Sebek also wears green eyeliner when wearing the dorm uniform. The uniform consists of a black all-weather coat with neon green and silver details, black military-style suspenders and belt, riding breeches, a small cap, black gloves, and high-heeled boots.

The all-weather coat features asymmetrical lapels: one black and one neon green. Both lapels have silver stripes and buttons. Two silver zippers run down the center of the coat, with neon green stripes. The coat falls below the waist, and the sleeves are rolled up, revealing a neon green lining with silver trim. Sebek wears a white collared shirt and black tie under the coat.

Sebek is loud, impulsive, and proud. Several students have expressed discomfort with the volume of his voice. Despite being half-human, Sebek despises humans and makes this abundantly clear with his frequent condescending remarks.

However, he is also an honest person and openly acknowledges the talents and abilities of others, whether human or not. He is direct and unafraid to express his ideas. But his manner of speaking often comes across as rude, which can lead to misunderstandings.

Sebek deeply respects Malleus and Lilia, whom he calls Young Master (若様, Wakasama) and Master Lilia (リリア様, Lilia-sama), respectively. He becomes much more polite and humble when addressing them. His ultimate goal is to one day become a knight worthy of Malleus, and he trains diligently every day with this sole purpose in mind.

Lilia also commented on his temperament, a trait that Sebek inherited from Baur.

Sebek's mother is a night fairy, and his father is a human with no magical powers. He also has a maternal grandfather, an older brother, and a sister. His father works as a dentist in the Valley of Thorns, something Sebek has always found strange, since he can't use magic, while the Valley practically runs on it alone. His parents met when his mother had an appointment at his father's clinic; she was immediately smitten with him and courted him despite her community's disapproval of her marrying a human. Currently, she works at the clinic as his assistant.

Sebek holds his mother in high esteem and speaks of her with great pride. He says she has an extraordinary gift for magic, in addition to his family's special talent: the "power to bite," and that she possesses a strong sense of justice. His opinion of his father, however, is very different: his father seems very affectionate and often showers his children with praise, sweets, and gifts, but Sebek finds him unpleasant. He doesn't understand how his mother could have seen anything attractive in him.

Sebek's signature spell, "Living Lightning!", transforms the caster into a lightning bolt that can be used for maneuvers or attacks. The spell is so rudimentary that it leaves the user with detrimental side effects after use.
