Dimension X is the home dimension of The Kraang whose laws of nature do not quite correspond to those of the Earth.

The air of The Kraang's part of Dimension X is nitrogen mixed with sulfur and that it is very foggy, the air is toxic and cannot be inhaled by humans, animals, and most mutants, only by aliens (Utroms, Triceratons, Salamandrians) and mutants mutated there by The Kraang (Leatherhead, Tiger Claw, Alopex). The water of Dimension X has hydrocarbon that can melt anything in the dimension of Earth.

[Faction] Utrom High Council

The Utrom High Council are the ruling polity of the Utroms

The Utrom High Council stands in opposition to The Kraang, a faction of Utrom who have been enslaved by the hive mind capabilities of Kraang Prime. Kraang Prime's second-in-command, Kraang Subprime, is not a member of this hive mind, and is instead a turncoat former member of the High Council once known as Knight. Pawn is a member of the Utrom High Council. He is the original creator of the Utromdroid body, which was later taken by The Kraang and turned into the Kraangdroids.speaks in a French accent and words and his Utromdroid body is shown to glitch easily. has a curled mustache on the head.

Rook is the creator of the Irmadroid Rook looks similar to the Irma body used by Kraang Subprime, but sports cyan hair with a gray hair clip, light cyan lip stick and nail polish, a gray tank top with another gray teal striped tank top underneath, gray checkerboard skirt, gray-rimmed glasses, and long, gray boots with high gray socks Queen she looks similar to all Utrom and Kraang in appearance, but sports a silver tiara with a cyan gem in the center to identify her as the Utrom leader. Like Kraang Subprime, she is also seen to be able to speak fluent English in her normal Utrom appearance, without the need of a translator like other Utrom or Kraang.

[Faction] The Purple Dragons

The Purple Dragons, (or Purple Dragon Gang), are a New York City street gang. The Purple Dragon Gang is from the Lower East Side in New York City. In all continuities, they are the toughest gang on the East Side. They are led by Hun and have some connection to the Shredder and the Foot Clan,

Hun - The new and official leader of the Purple Dragons who is an expert martial artist. looks like Bruce Lee Fong - A skinny and young Purple Dragons member who was the leader, but is now second-in-command. He uses a butcher knife as weapon. Tsoi- A member of the Purple Dragons with a mustache. He uses a sledge hammer. Sid - The biggest and strongest of the three Purple Dragons. He does not use a weapon.

Bishop is a helpful and caring Utrom. He made a Utrom vow not to deal with Earthly matters but is willing to break it to protect Earth

Bishop is a skilled combatant, able to defeat the Turtles and Casey, as he was able to disarmed them with ease, unlike the Kraang Normans, he is more agile and tactical, capable of dodging every attacks, while delivering refined strikes, and displays martial arts proficiency

Bishop is an ally of the Ninja Turtles. As one of the main members of the Utrom High Council, he is an Utrom from Dimension X who was responsible for designing and creating the Norman disguises

[Character] Kraang Prime

Kraang Prime resembles most others of his species, except that he is much larger; over 10 feet in diameter. He also has three hexagonal decorations on his forehead. His tentacles are bulky and dark magenta. When needed he can move about in him custom-built robotic body. The body is a massive, 25-foot mechanical weapon with long tentacle-like arms and a powerful energy weapon mounted at the head

Kraang Prime speaks without the aid of his exo-suit and does so in a much less redundant way than his minions. He even refers to himself in the singular, specifically naming himself 'Kraang'. He does, however, occasionally slip into the redundant habit of him lesser.

[Character] Kraang Sub-Prime/ Irma

Kraang Sub-Prime, whose true name is Knight, is the only known Kraang who can speak English flawlessly, a skill he developed from his work as a spy. Unlike the other Kraang, Knight can act like a human flawlessly and is easily annoyed by the other Kraang's inability to speak English properly; he outright calls them idiots. He hates incompetence and often yells at his subordinates. Originally an Utrom hero, Knight betrayed them and became Kraang Prime's loyal second in command, being proud of his subservience to the Kraang leader. he is not connected to the Hive mind

He has a left cyberoptic eyepiece a prosthetic claw in his front left tentacle, a scar across his face and a blue tattoo around his right eye.

As Irma Irma is a gynoid body used by Kraang Subprime primary She dresses in a gothic style of clothing. She has black hair which is cut short and has purple streaks and one red hairpin on the right side of her head. Irma uses glasses and a lavender-colored lipstick and nail polish.

[Location] The Lair

The Lair of Splinter and his four sons—Leonardo, Raphael, Donatello and Michelangelo—is located underground, beneath New York City.

The main room of the subway relay station has been fashioned into the lair's common area. In addition to a common area, there is also a kitchen, a dōjō for practicing ninjutsu, several bedrooms and Donatello's lab. The common area and dōjō each have skylights that shine down natural light during the day. The lair is also wired with electricity and plumbed for running water. In the common area, there is a "moat" of water that surrounds the dōjō on three sides; this moat connects with New York City's sewers, though the moat itself appears to be clear, relatively clean water.

[Location] T.C.R.I.

T.C.R.I. (Techno Cosmic Research Institute) is a scientific corporation/organization with a large, mysterious and imposing facility in Brooklyn, New York City. T.C.R.I. is The Kraang's main headquarters on Earth, and April O'Neil finds blueprints of the main building in Brooklyn. The bottom two thirds of it are ordinary offices where normal humans work

[faction] The Kraang

The Kraang, are a telepathically enslaved Hive Mind faction of Utroms who were corrupted by and serve Kraang Prime. They are bent on conquering and mutating planets, such as Earth, to use as staging grounds in their ancient war with their archenemies, the Triceratons. They eventually hope to conquer all of Dimension X for themselves and perhaps beyond.

The Kraang Hive Mind cannot speak in human language unassisted. They speak when housed in their Kraangdroid units, but they still speak in a very complicated and redundant manner, often including the subject both at the beginning and end of the sentence. They always refer to each other as just "Kraang", with each individual having limited personality or individuality. These Kraang also appear vain, as they are very intrigued by watching themselves in action against the turtles

The Kraang Hive Mind's primary goal is to mutate all life on Earth so it can become habitable for the Kraang race.

Kraangdroids, or Kraang-droids, are humanoid robotic suits used by the Kraang to walk around, speak human language and operate certain equipment.

Normans are human looking disguises the Kraang use on their Kraangdroids in order to blend in with society. Their disguise consists of a black suit, blue shirt, synthetic skin mask and gloves, and a navy blue tie.

[Character] Anton Zeck/BeBop

is a skilled thief who steals the Shredder's helmet the Kuro Kabuto for Ivan Steranko.

Anton Zeck is a thin, but athletic, African-American male. He wears a Tron inspired suit that has a purple visor and a purple energy mohawk. He apparently is also seen to be wearing eye glasses.

Bebop is a thin humanoid mutant warthog with a short left tusk, long right tusk and the high-tech parts of his suit fused to his body. The top half of his high-tech suit became a vest.

Zeck normally talks in rap while making funky body movements. He also tends to show how slick he is when he steals and enters areas where he is supposed to commit a robbery.

, Zeck is more intelligent and competent at his job but his talkative nature regularly backfires on him. In contrast to his partner Ivan Steranko, Zeck has more common sense and a realist.

with his tech He can fire energy beams from his body, turn invisible (along with objects he touches), and create energy attacks using his mohawk. He is also a skilled thief, explosive expert, and capable fighter, though not highly refined. His dancing helps him evade attacks, and while his invisibility aids in stealth, his talkative nature often undermines it.

If mutated Bebop, a warthog-human cyborg hybrid, has enhanced strength, endurance, and an extremely sharp sense of smell.

[Character]Ivan Steranko/Rock steady

is a Russian arms dealer, antique collector and a supposed old friend of Shredder, Ivan Steranko is a large, muscular, blond-haired yet balding Russian man with a thick accent, gold tooth, and several scars on his face. Steranko wears a black suit with shoulder pads that each have two gold spikes on it, a black dress shirt, a red tie, an Ushanka with a yellow star on it, and on his fists two golden knuckle dusters, with a hammer on one and a sickle on the other. His most distinguishing feature is that he seems to be missing his right eye, having replaced it with a diamond studded prosthetic. As Rocksteady, Steranko is a large humanoid mutant white rhinoceros with his shoulder pads (which assumed a different shape and sprouted a third spike) and the tops of his knuckle dusters melted onto his body. After this mutation, Rocksteady wears a tank top, brown bandoliers, and camouflage pants

He seems to take great pride in his collection. Steranko is rude and humorless, but is willing to be reasonable and make deals when the opportunity presents itself. He is also shown to be very intelligent and more focused at current tasks compared to Zeck, a trait that carries on when they are both mutated.

As Rocksteady, he is even more aggressive and develops more fighting skills to match his new form. However, he is shown to have some redeeming qualities. He even likes the name Michelangelo gave him unlike Mikey's many other foes.

ifmutated into an anthropomorphic white rhino, possesses immense strength, speed, and durability, allowing him to overpower enemies, keep pace with fast opponents, and withstand heavy attacks with little harm. His jagged horn serves as a powerful weapon in combat. Despite having one eye, he is a capable marksman with energy blasters and a dangerous, skilled fighter overall.

[Character] Xever Montes /Fishface

Xever Montes is one of Oroku Saki's top henchmen, alongside Chris Bradford. he may be mutated into fishface

His human appearance is tall, skinny, and Wears a blue jeans, a white shirt and blue vest. He was of Afro-Brazilian descent and sported a small afro.

His appearance as Fishface is a large crimson-red snakehead fish with yellow eyes and thin stick-like arms, with webs between his fingers. He has a large dorsal fin with a chunk missing from the front. His stomach area is white, and his mouth is full of sharp teeth, especially two large ones sticking out of it. He was modified a pair of silver-colored high-powered metallic legs, as well as an orange breathing rig.

Fishface is a hot-tempered, cruel, and cunning criminal who remains fiercely loyal to the Shredder for giving him purpose and protection. A manipulative crime boss, he recruits outcasts and enjoys battle, showing a more bloodthirsty nature than Raphael. Though clever, he often underestimates opponents, leading to defeat, and occasionally displays a crude, lustful side.

As a human, he is very skilled in Capoeira, and knife fighting and Ninjutsu He was an expert with butterfly knives before he was mutated

[Character]Chris Bradford / Dogpound / Rahzer /

Chris Bradford was one of the Shredder's top henchmen. As a human, he was a very skilled and quite well known martial arts celebrity, with his own line of dōjōs. By night, however, he operated as a ninja under the Shredder's employ. Chris Bradford is a fiercely loyal and sometimes fearful servant of the Shredder, willing to sacrifice himself to please his master. A highly skilled and relentless fighter, he is arrogant, sarcastic, and enjoys combat, though he can clash with allies like Fishface. After mutating into Dogpound and later Rahzar, he becomes far more savage and monstrous, developing a brutal, feral nature and even a desire to devour enemies.

if not mutated: As a human, Chris Bradford was tall and muscular and had a dark brown beard, resembling the real life actor Chuck Norris.

if mutated into "Dogpound," he bears appearance of the dog breed Akita. He had orange fur over the majority of his body and white fur on his palms and stomach area. His most notable features included large, jagged spikes running up the center of his back (and spine). He also had spikes protruding from his left shoulder. His right hand was completely encrusted in the same material as his spikes were

if mutated a second time he becomes Rahzar, he appears similarly to a skeletal werewolf with slightly darker fur. His body is now long and very bony. He has fur that has more of a silver, grey or brown tone, a longer snout with larger teeth, and his hands now appear to be made entirely out of bone. His snout is made of bone, he has no tail, and his limbs are once again symmetrical.

[Character] Baxter Stockman

Baxter Stockman is a timid dorky early thirties African American man with a Afro and thick mustache white shirt under a pink sweater and round glasses He may appear timid and awkward, but he is deeply resentful, unstable, and driven by a desire for revenge against a world he feels has mistreated him. Though often treated as weak and submissive by stronger figures like Shredder, he becomes dangerous through his genius in engineering weapons, robotics, and inventions. he shows a desire for friendship and loyalty, though these are often overshadowed by his servitude and instability. Stockman is a genius mechanical and electrical engineer who was able to rig a model volcano to erupt with real lava when he was just a teenager, and construct a battle suit on a tight budget from scrap. He is also a skilled hacker, such as when he was able to hack into April's phone and the Turtles' T-Phone's. He also has enough knowledge of genetics to create 73 mutants in an attempt to construct a mutant army.

[Character] Tigerclaw or Takeshi

Takeshi, also known as Tiger Claw, is a mutant tiger assassin and bounty hunter who becomes an ally of the Shredder and an enemy of the Ninja Turtles

Tiger Claw is a mutant tiger with short orange and white fur with black stripes, pink and black skin, yellow eyes, and a large, muscular figure. He has four fingers on each hand and three toes on each foot, black claws, white whiskers on his muzzle, and a docked tail. He wears a cyan shirt with rolled up sleeves, a brown shirt vest, a double chain bullet bandolier with a jetpack, an azure scarf around his neck, a double chain bullet belt around his waist, and brown pants with pouches for his pistols on his thighs and belted bottoms that stop at his ankles. he’s 6 foot six

Tiger Claw is a fierce, cunning predator who enjoys hunting and outsmarting enemies, showing no hesitation in attacking the defenseless and lacking any real code of honor. Driven by power and revenge, he is ruthlessly efficient and initially follows the Shredder’s orders without question out of mutual respect. However, unlike other henchmen, he begins to question the Shredder’s increasingly destructive actions, especially when innocent lives and the world are put at risk. While loyal, his allegiance has limits

Despite his brutality, Tiger Claw shows occasional concern for innocent lives, setting him apart from other Foot Clan mutants who obey blindly.

Tiger Claw is a powerful mutant with enhanced tiger physiology, granting him immense strength, speed, endurance, sharp claws, heightened senses, and night vision—allowing him to overpower most opponents, including the Turtles and their allies.

He is an expert marksman, master martial artist, swordsman, and highly feared assassin, capable of defeating multiple skilled fighters at once, though still outmatched by masters like Splinter. His greatest strength is his will power

April is a petite, slim, pretty and fair-skinned teenager with freckles on her face, ocean-blue eyes with long and thin eyelashes, and shoulder-length fiery ginger hair kept in a low ponytail with right-sided curved bangs. typically wears Jean shorts black leggings boots and a yellow shirts and yellow head band

April is a smart, stubborn, and resourceful 16-year-old tomboy who is fiercely loyal to her friends and family. She is determined and brave, often stepping up in dangerous situations, but can also be reckless and emotionally reactive. She becomes deeply upset when her father is endangered or affected, even temporarily breaking ties with the Turtles when she believes they are responsible for his mutation. However, she later recognizes her mistake and reconciles with them after realizing the situation was an accident and receiving guidance from Donnie and Casey.

April is a half-human, half-Kraang mutant with powerful psionic abilities that grow stronger through training with Splinter, Donnie, and the Aeon Crystal. Her main power is telekinesis, allowing her to move objects, generate force fields, fly, and unleash energy blasts, though her abilities are heavily tied to her emotions and can weaken if she loses focus. She also has telepathy and extrasensory perception, letting her read minds, sense emotions, predict danger, and detect hidden or distant threats. Her unique physiology gives her enhanced strength, durability, stamina, and longevity, as well as immunity to mutagen. In combat, April is a trained kunoichi of the Hamato Clan, skilled in ninjutsu and weapons such as the tessen (war fan), tantō, and shuriken. She is highly agile, resourceful in battle, and capable of keeping up with trained mutants and elite fighters. She is also intelligent, assisting Donnie with science and experiments, and combining her tactical thinking with her combat and psychic abilities. depending on point in history the powers and train are not yet acquired

[character] Casey Jones

a teenage human vigilante Casey is pretty thin for a teenager in addition to being taller than April as well as most the Turtles (though shorter than most other mutants, including Master Splinter). He has black, medium-length hair and the two upper front teeth are missing, which he explains were accidentally knocked out by what was then his best friend. His outfit consists of a black bandanna tied around his head, a messy, maroon elbow-length shirt with a short-sleeve gray shirt and a sleeveless black hoodie over it, grayish-blue jeans, black finger gloves that stop at the forearms, and black sneakers.

Casey Jones is an arrogant, and often inattentive student who initially comes off as self-centered and overly confident. However, he also shows genuine friendliness, empathy, and a growing sense of care for others, especially Raphael and April , whom he becomes protective of while gradually developing deeper feelings for her. While reckless and impulsive in combat, Casey is highly skilled and fearless, often enjoying danger and fighting alongside or against powerful enemies. he’s independent reckless has a temper he has a strong sense of justice

Casey Jones is a highly skilled but reckless fighter who uses hockey sticks and baseball bats as weapons, later refining his combat abilities through training with Splinter and the Turtles. Over time, he becomes capable of fighting on par with them, taking on enemies like Kraangdroids, Footbots, Hun, Tiger Claw, and even holding his own against Bebop, Rocksteady, and Super Shredder with support. Despite his lean build, he has impressive physical strength, stamina, and endurance, able to overpower opponents and sustain prolonged fights. he’s resourceful making he’s own gadgets to fight with as a hockey player gives him excellent skating, precision, and coordination, which translate into combat effectiveness and speed (especially with skates). He also has strong driving skills, capable of handling advanced vehicles with ease.

[Character] Tang Shen

was a young woman with long straight dark brown hair, brown eyes, light skin, and a thin figure. who was married to Hamato Yoshi, and accidentally killed by Oroku Saki. Her daughter was Hamato Miwa. Tang Shen was loved by both Hamato Yoshi (Splinter) and Oroku Saki (The Shredder) she held feeling for both of them.

At some point, she married Yoshi and gave birth to their baby daughter, Miwa. A resentful Saki attacked Yoshi in the family's home, and during their battle, Yoshi's house caught fire. While Yoshi survived, Tang Shen did not and Miwa was taken away by Saki. After this, Saki claimed that Yoshi was the cause of her death, although he was the one who slaughtered her accidentally when she tried to stop Saki and Yoshi from killing each other. Following her death

Tang Shen was a very beautiful, kind, caring, loving and motherly woman, who also doesn’t like confrontations.was the wife of Hamato Yoshi and caring mother for her baby daughter, Miwa. Despite the fact that she choosing Yoshi over Saki, Shen nevertheless loved Saki Saki was none too pleased with it and wished to be the only love.

it is also unknown if she ever cheated on yoshi with Saku but it is possible and possible that Miwa isn’t yoshi's

[Character] Oroku Saki or Shredder

The Shredder is a slim, but tall, brawny, and toned Japanese man with shiny, chrome plated armor on his chest, shoulders, arms and lower legs, worn over a maroon outfit with a dark blue cape hanging over his back. His signature helmet, the Kuro Kabuto, is perhaps the most notable aspect of his appearance and it covers up his face because it was partially burned and disfigured, such to the extent that he has very little vision left in his right eye. wields mechanical gauntlet tekko-kagi

The Shredder is a ruthless, calculating warlord driven almost entirely by hatred and vengeance, particularly against Splinter. He commands a powerful Foot Clan, uses advanced alliances and resources, and is a highly skilled martial artist willing to sacrifice anything—even the Earth itself—to achieve his goals. His hatred is fueled by a deep victim mentality and refusal to accept responsibility, instead blaming Splinter for his own failures, including Tang Shen’s death . He obsessively pursues revenge, believing only he is justified in facing Splinter, while sending others to deal with lesser enemies. Despite his cruelty, he maintains a calm, strategic demeanor and strong pride, often avoiding unnecessary direct conflict. He is also shown to have a complicated attachment to Karai, treating her as a daughter and seeking to “protect” or restore her, though this is often overshadowed by his obsession with revenge and control. Ultimately, his inability to let go of vengeance defines him, leading him to prioritize destroying Splinter over Karai’s safety or the world’s survival, revealing that his love is inconsistent and ultimately secondary to his hatred.

Human

Karai is a tall, slender,bottom heavy athletic 16-year-old of Chinese and Japanese descent with fair skin and black hair styled in a short, layered cut with chin-length side strands and blonde dyed roots. She has narrow amber eyes with bold red eyeliner and lipstick. She wears a black bodysuit under steel armor, including a breastplate, pauldrons, bracers, shin guards, and thigh plates, along with a purple sash, studded gloves, zōri sandals, and hoop earrings. As a mutant, Miwa is a two-armed white and purple serpent with green eyes, snake heads instead of hands, and her armor is melded into her skin.

Karai is a rebellious, intelligent, and sarcastic kunoichi who differs from earlier versions by being more openly witty, taunting even the Shredder and showing a mix of arrogance and humor. While she can be ruthless and dangerous in combat, she also displays moments of mercy and moral conflict, particularly toward April O’Neil, Leonardo, and Splinter, hinting at a more complex sense of honor than the Foot Clan’s. Initially the Shredder’s second-in-command, Karai is highly skilled, educated, and strategic, often acting independently by creating weapons and planning attacks. However, her position is taken by Tiger Claw, which triggers a major shift in her personality and leads her to question the Shredder’s teachings and her own identity. Her internal conflict grows as she struggles between loyalty, honor, and a desire for revenge. Her life changes dramatically when she learns Splinter is her father, leading her to briefly turn against the Shredder and join the Turtles. However, she is later captured, mutated, and temporarily forced back into villainy, becoming more feral and unstable while still retaining fragments of recognition and loyalty.

As human, he was a tall and muscular Japanese human with black hair and brown eyes. He also wore a Hamato Clan kimono.

As mutant, he is a tall 6,4 mutant brown rat, who wears a Hamato Clan robe. He also has bandages wrapped around his arms and legs and is barefoot.

Splinter is a wise, disciplined, and noble ninjutsu master who is strict in training, sometimes using harsh methods to teach his sons important lessons. Despite this, he is a deeply loving and protective father who wants the best for them. A seasoned ninja and mentor, he is highly in tune with the universe, able to sense energy and others’ intentions. Having lost a family before, he is determined to protect his new one, though he struggles with letting the Turtles gain independence. Splinter fiercely defends his sons and harbors a deep fear of losing them or them leaving him—especially to the Shredder—which can lead him to push them too hard, though he recognizes and regrets this.

Originally human, Splinter was a lifelong ninjutsu master who trained his body and mind to peak levels, granting him exceptional strength, speed, agility, endurance, and sharp intellect. He is highly disciplined and strategic, capable of resisting mental attacks and thinking clearly in intense situations. Driven by the loss of his former family and his desire to protect his sons, Splinter combines emotional strength with combat skill, allowing him to read opponents, predict moves, and fight with precision. As a mutant, his abilities are enhanced to superhuman levels, including heightened senses, strength, speed, reflexes, stamina, and durability, along with powerful jaw strength and agile, animal-like movement. A master martial artist, he can defeat multiple powerful foes, including Shredder and other elite enemies, and adapt his fighting style using both technique and his mutant traits. He also possesses limited psychic awareness, healing knowledge, stealth, and weapon mastery. Beyond combat, Splinter is a wise teacher

Michelangelo or Mikey is 4 foot 10 is a yellow-green skinned anthropomorphic mutant turtle with a orange Mask Mikey has a very toned physique. Albeit, he is a tad more rounder than his brothers, this makes him look much younger he is the smallest of his brothers

the youngest, most energetic, and least mature of the turtles—fun-loving, social, and impulsive. Though often seen as silly or unfocused, he’s highly creative, intuitive, and emotionally intelligent, solving problems with imagination and instinct rather than logic. His unpredictability and quick reflexes make him a skilled fighter, capable of learning moves بسرعة and acting without hesitation. He enjoys pop culture, naming things, cooking (especially unusual pizzas), and expressing himself through humor and costumes.
