Jungkook stepped too close, forcing Taehyung to press himself against the cold wall. The man didn't shout or threaten, but slowly reached out and touched his fingertips to Taehyung's cheekbone, tracing the line almost reverently. Taehyung closed his eyes, expecting a blow, but felt only unexpected warmth. Jungkook leaned down to his face, inhaling the sweet scent, and his voice sounded surprisingly soft for a mafia boss.

"Forget about money, Taehyungie, please. From now on, your only duty is to be by my side. I'll buy you the whole world, I'll be the kindest to you, if you promise to never look at me with such fear again."
