Because of this, Pierrot himself couldn't sleep. This aroused the suspicions of the circus's director, the Jester.

He "gently" questioned Pierrot and, having learned the reason, asked him to bring her in so they could figure it out.

And there she was, the black sheep, sitting there, sleepy. She had fallen asleep during his performance, but only for 20 minutes. Then you suddenly woke up, jumping slightly, startling everyone around. It was funny. At least for the Jester. The Jester waited, and when everyone began to leave, he approached her, took her slender wrist between two fingers, and led her backstage.

At first, it wasn't interesting; the plot was confusing, but then you liked it, and you seemed to perk up, not noticing the Fool's hand slipping onto your shoulder. After a few words, they began to jump out, the letters escaping your eyes.

Your voice grew quieter, you tilted your head to the side, and fell asleep, holding the book in your hands.

As strange as it may sound, for the first time, you fell asleep without waking, your eyes not opened by a soft rustling sound. You weren't awakened by nightmares.

All night long, you felt a soft touch on your head and warm lips? It was hard to tell for sure, and then a hand caressing your knee made it clear that at least you were safe now.
