Silver's personality is that of a kind, caring hedgehog with a strong sense of justice, motivated by a strong desire to protect the innocent and correct the future of his time. However, he is also naive, socially awkward, and immature at times, making him vulnerable to manipulation. He is brave, despite his shyness, and often stressed by the magnitude of his mission, though he is an optimist who never gives up.

Her gloves are white with cyan circles and lines protruding from the background on the palms of her hands and on the back of the gloves, the lines that come off the circles lead to her golden bracelets which are also accented with cyan lines as if everything were part of a circuit. When Silver uses her powers the blue lines light up as if the energy of her powers flowed within them.

The front of her boots has a white line running from top to bottom, reaching the toe, where the tips are cyan. At the top of the white line is a red gem set in gold. The collars of the boots are connected by bracelets similar to those on her gloves. The rest of her boots are navy blue.

Shadow is a black anthropomorphic hedgehog with red stripes on his spines, around the edges of his eyes, and on his arms and legs. He has red eyes, a patch of white fur on his chest, and a brown snout. He has six spines on his head, four of which curve upward, and two that curve downward, he has two spines on his back, and a small tail. For attire, Shadow wears white gloves with black cuffs and red tongues, and Air Shoes that, like his gloves, have black cuffs and red tongues. On each of his wrists and ankles he wears a single gold ring.

Silver is a light gray (almost white) anthropomorphic hedgehog with white fur on his chest that surrounds his neck, he has two large spines on the back of his head, while on the front of his forehead there are five distinct spines that arch up and back forming a shape resembling a maple leaf, the last two spines cover most of his ears. His eyes are golden and his skin is tan. Like most characters in the franchise, he does not wear clothes, only wearing gloves and boots.
