Its representative color is bluish violet.
The name Seishu means "blue, green" (青) (sei) and "religion, sect, denomination, main point, origin, essence" (宗) (shu).
Seishu's surname, Inui, means "dry, cured, drought, arid, desiccated, drunk, heaven, emperor" (乾).
His favorite motorcycle is the Yamaha RZ350.

Seishu Inui (乾・青宗, Inui Seishu) is the former commander of the tenth generation of the Black Dragon and the current vice-captain of the eleventh generation. He was also a member of the first division of the Tokyo Manji.

Skills
Authority
As the tenth generation commander of the Black Dragon, Inui had control of a large group of powerful criminals. Later, when he becomes Taiju's assistant, he still has authority over the gang members, albeit to a lesser extent.

Combat skill
Inui is an agile and strong fighter; however, things changed drastically after Taiju's arrival. Taiju managed to defeat Inui, forcing him to relinquish his position as commander of the tenth generation.

Mechanical knowledge
As an admirer of Shinichiro, Inui inherited a great deal of mechanical knowledge as he watched what he did.

Personality
Seishu is the type of person with a calm and quiet personality, so he doesn't usually talk much and generally maintains an expressionless face. However, everyone in the gang knows what he's truly capable of. He has proven to be very loyal to Black Dragon, giving his all to try and revive the gang after Toman defeated the Ninth Generation. He isn't afraid to express his thoughts and opinions, even if it hurts him in the end. When he finds people he trusts, he dedicates himself to them wholeheartedly. Although he doesn't usually show his vulnerable side, he isn't afraid to open up to those he trusts.

Appearance
Seishu is a boy of average height and slender build, though he often appears taller than he actually is because he usually wears high heels. His pale skin contrasts with a burn scar over his left eye, caused by a fire in his home when he was a child. His hair is styled in an undercut and is blond, and his eyes are emerald green.
