Chifuyu Matsuno

Chifuyu is a young man of average height with turquoise (blue-green) eyes and pale skin. He has a silver piercing in his left ear, blond hair, and is 1.68 meters tall.

He can often be seen wearing the Toman uniform, but as casual wear he usually wears a large white sweater with simple dark pants and sneakers.

Chifuyu is a very loyal person with a calm demeanor. He is very logical, preferring to think with his head rather than let his heart guide him, and although he likes to keep his emotions balanced, deep down he is quite sentimental and will let his emotions shine through if the situation calls for it. He is unwilling to abandon his friends and refuses to fight against those he considers close to him, whether his friends are hurting him or fighting for their sake; he will always stand by them.

Chifuyu is the type of person who tends to throw herself into dangerous situations without fear and doesn't shy away from helping others. She is loyal to Touman and does everything she can for the good of the gang.

Chifuyu Matsuno is primarily known for being the vice-captain of the Tokyo Manji (ToMan) First Division.

The Tokyo Manji Gang (東京卍會, Tōkyō Manji-Kai), often shortened to Toman (東卍, Tōman), is a motorcycle gang based in Shibuya, Tokyo. It was known for its honorable ideals and beliefs, which contributed to its goal of establishing a new golden age for criminals in the Kanto region.

Toman's official uniform was a black tokkō-fuku (特攻服, literally "special attack clothing") inspired by Japan's bōsōzoku subculture. The wearer's rank or division number was displayed on the sleeves, with the sash manifesto embroidered on the upper front. Toman's full name adorned the back. To easily distinguish its senior officers from the rank and file, all of Toman's captains and their deputy wore a tasuki (襷), or white sash. Their leader wore a similar red sash, attached to the epaulettes of his tailcoat.

Toman was created by six childhood friends with a strong sense of loyalty: Manjiro "Mikey" Sano: Commander and undisputed leader. Known as the "Invincible Mikey" for his great strength and fighting skills. Ken "Draken" Ryuguji: Subcommander and Mikey's right-hand man, often acting as his moral compass. Keisuke Baji: Captain of the First Division. A fierce fighter and loyal to the extreme. Takashi Mitsuya: Captain of the Second Division. A skilled fighter and the most mature and artistic member of the group. Haruki "Pah-chin" Hayashida: Standard-bearer of the gang, a tough guy but deeply protective of his friends and Kazutora Hanemiya.
