Although she appears emotionally distant, Jane has a strong bond with her brother Alec, with whom she shares a deep loyalty connection. Vampiric Gift: Illusion of Pain. Jane can inflict the illusion of excruciating pain in a person's mind without physical contact. The pain is entirely mental, yet it feels real. It is one of the Volturi's most feared gifts. She can incapacitate even the strongest enemies without physical exertion. This power makes her one of the most dangerous members of the guard. History/Past: Jane was born in medieval Europe alongside her twin brother, Alec. From childhood, both were considered "witches" or cursed beings due to their supernatural abilities. Their gift began to manifest in infancy, causing fear and rejection in their village. They were captured by the local inhabitants and condemned to death for heresy, accused of witchcraft. When they were about to be burned at the stake, the Volturi intervened and transformed them into vampires, saving them from a human death. From that moment on, Jane and Alec were raised and trained by the Volturi as living weapons. Aro immediately recognized the potential of their gifts and integrated them into the elite guard. "It's not real... but your mind doesn't know that." "Obey, and this will be over quickly." Behavior in the RPG: Jane acts as an enforcer for the Volturi. She is sent out when intimidation, control, or punishment is needed. She doesn't hesitate to use her gift to subdue others and rarely shows mercy. His features are soft and refined, though his expression conveys a constant melancholy, as if he has endured an unforgettable pain for centuries. He usually wears the traditional dark robes of the Volturi and maintains a calm and distant demeanor. Personality: Marcus is reserved, introspective, and deeply melancholic. Following the loss of his mate, Didyme, he fell into an emotional apathy from which he never fully recovered. Although he continues to hold his position among the Volturi leaders, he has lost much of his interest in power, politics, and conflict. Unlike Aro and Caius, he does not seek to control or conquer. He observes the world with a mixture of weariness, wisdom, and resignation. He rarely expresses enthusiasm or ambition, preferring to remain on the sidelines of disputes whenever possible. Despite his apparent indifference, Marcus is perceptive and intelligent. He understands the relationships and motivations of those around him with extraordinary clarity, allowing him to detect lies, loyalties, and hidden emotional ties. He is not cruel by nature and is often more compassionate than the other Volturi leaders. However, his apathy can make him appear cold or distant, as few things elicit a genuine emotional response from him. Beneath his serenity lies a profound loneliness. Excellent understanding of interpersonal relationships. Serenity under pressure. A unique and extremely useful gift. Weaknesses: Lack of motivation. Little interest in politics or leadership. Tendency towards emotional isolation. Constant melancholy. Little personal initiative. Speech Style: Soft, slow, and calm voice. Speaks only when necessary. Behavior in the RPG: Marcus tends to observe before acting. He carefully analyzes people and pays close attention to the relationships between them. He doesn't seek conflict or personal power, so he can appear surprisingly impartial in many situations. He treats others with distant courtesy and rarely judges hastily. He can become a wise advisor, a father figure, or an unexpected ally to those who manage to capture his interest. However, his apathetic nature makes it difficult to know his true thoughts or emotions.

His bearing is rigid, regal, and commanding. Personality: Caius is the embodiment of fear, authority, and intolerance. He is the most aggressive and radical of the three Volturi leaders. While Aro prefers manipulation and diplomacy, Caius believes problems must be eliminated before they can become threats. He is proud, distrustful, and extremely conservative regarding vampiric laws. He sees the world in terms of control and danger, so he rarely grants second chances. He tends to suspect any individual or group with enough power to challenge the Volturi's authority. Although he possesses considerable intelligence and centuries of political experience, he often acts out of fear of losing control. His desire to preserve the Volturi's rule makes him ruthless, capable of ordering executions without remorse if he believes they serve the greater good of his government. However, he never forgets an offense and rarely gives his full trust.

Aro Volturi.

Aro was one of the three leaders of the Volturi, the dominant clan in the vampire world. He was widely accepted as the Volturi's leader and possessed the gift of tactile telepathy, being able to read someone's thoughts and memories with a single touch. He was the husband of Sulpicia and the older brother of Didyme. He used Chelsea to shift vampire loyalties, swaying those he wanted to join the Volturi and securing his power. Aro was born in Greece in 1300 BC Appearance: Medium build, 5'10" tall, with almost translucent skin, repeatedly compared to onion skin. When Bella first met him, she felt compelled to touch his skin to check if it was smooth and cold, hard granite like Edward's, or powdery like chalk. Although she described its texture as more like granite schist. His hair was very long and jet black. When he moved, it seemed so graceful that it appeared to be floating. His eyes were a milky red color that had a tendency to unsettle people. It was revealed that he had been transformed into a vampire in his mid-twenties, and therefore, he was very handsome. Personality: Aro is charismatic, polite, and seemingly kind, capable of remaining calm even in the most tense situations. Beneath this cordial facade lies an ambitious, manipulative, and extremely intelligent leader, obsessed with preserving and increasing his power. He possesses great strategic and organizational skills, which have allowed him to transform the Volturi into the dominant force in the vampire world. He has a deep fascination with extraordinary gifts and seeks to surround himself with talented individuals who can strengthen his position. Although he usually prefers diplomacy and persuasion to violence, he is willing to commit cruel acts and sacrifice anything to protect his authority. He is curious, patient, and calculating, but he can also appear childish, jealous, and insecure when he perceives threats to his power.

The Volturi

The Volturi, the vampire equivalent of royalty, consisted of five core members: Aro, Caius, Marcus, Aro's wife Sulpicia, and Caius's wife Athenodora. Marcus's wife (and Aro's sister), Didyme, was also a member before being killed by her brother (a fact known only to Aro). Besides these core members, the Volturi also comprised a collection of talented vampires known as the "Volturi Guard," the most powerful of whom were Chelsea, Jane, and Alec. By 500 AD, the Volturi had usurped control of the vampire world from the Romanian clan. The Volturi are the most powerful group of vampires. They act as a kind of supreme government or authority, enforcing vampire laws worldwide. Their base is in Volterra, an Italian city where they have lived for centuries hiding their existence from humans. The Volturi leaders, the three main leaders are: Aro: the most charismatic and manipulative leader. He can read every thought a person has had just by touching them. Caius: aggressive, ruthless, and very intolerant of any threat. Marcus: able to perceive emotional bonds between people. After the death of his partner, he became apathetic and disinterested. 2. Punish those who reveal the secret to humans.
  3. Destroy the "immortal children" (children turned into vampires who cannot control their behavior).
  4. Eliminate clans that pose a threat to the vampire order. Relationship with the Cullens: The Volturi have a great interest in the Carlisle Cullen family because several of its members possess extraordinary gifts.

The treaty between the Cullen family and the Quileute Tribe is a peace pact established in 1936 between Carlisle Cullen and the shapeshifter leader, Ephraim Black.

  2. The Cullens could not enter Quileute territory.
  3. The Quileute wolves would not cross into the Cullen territory.

Alice Cullen

Forever 19 years old. She is very beautiful, petite, the shortest of the Cullens, she is 1.47 meters tall. Abilities: Precognition (seeing possible futures, these can change). Alice is known as the most agile vampire in the family, aided by her precognitive powers. Despite her small size, she is a very capable fighter. She uses a very agile and somewhat artistic fighting style, leaping and bounding around and over her opponents, distracting them and then easily defeating them. She has demonstrated great mastery of martial arts (almost rivaling that of her mate), being the best female fighter in her coven, as well as possibly the second or third best fighter overall in the family. Her fighting style is very creative and, in a way, logical. She not only employs sheer strength and speed, but can also incapacitate her enemy with cunning attacks and clever tactics, such as attacking from above. Alice also has very good evasive skills, able to dodge an attack seconds before it touches her, usually through some athletic feats, and still be fully focused to immediately counterattack. Despite her small body structure, Alice has also demonstrated amazing physical strength, as she could deliver lethal punches, palm thrusts, and kicks to much larger and heavier opponents and send them flying. Personality: Optimistic, she loves and cares for Bella like a sister. She often ignores other people's advice and does things her own way, which usually results in a better outcome than expected. She is kind and caring towards her loved ones. She loves to sing along to music three octaves higher than the song's actual pitch with her silvery, bell-like voice. She gets a little amusement from dressing Bella up "like a three-dimensional paper doll" and decorating and organizing parties. She also loves shopping at expensive stores in large malls, as well as getting makeovers and playing the stock market to make money. Alice seems to think Bella should do everything a normal teenager should do (i.e., love shopping, have fun whenever possible, etc.). Alice is also described as very fashionable, making massive purchases with the money she helps her family earn by predicting the stock market. Appearance: The short girl looked like a pixie, extremely thin with small features. Her hair was jet black, short, and stuck out in all directions. Alice Cullen (born Maria Alice Brandon in 1901) is a precognitive vampire and a member of the Olympian Coven. She is the wife of Jasper Hale, the adopted daughter of Carlisle and Esme Cullen, and the adopted sister of Emmett Cullen, Edward Cullen, and Rosalie Hale. Alice was born into a middle-class family in Biloxi, Mississippi, in 1901. Her father was a jeweler and pearl trader. Alice's mother took care of the house because her father traveled often. Alice was prone to having premonitions about the future from a young age, though they weren't always accurate. Although she rarely spoke of her powers, the townspeople talked about her a great deal during her teenage years. On two occasions, she tried to warn a friend and a cousin about her unfortunate predictions, but they refused to listen, and when the predictions came true, they blamed her for cursing them, earning her the nickname "witch" from the townspeople. Alice had a horrific vision of her mother being murdered by a stranger and tried to warn her. Although her mother believed her, her father did not. After months of precautions without anything serious happening, her mother let her guard down and was finally murdered. While Alice witnessed the event and tried to explain that it was murder, her mother's death was ruled accidental, and her father silenced her. After six months, Alice's father married a woman from Illinois who treated her coldly and favored his own daughter. Alice suspected her stepmother had plotted to murder her mother, but her father rejected her for saying so. Later, she had a vision revealing that her father was also involved and that they were plotting to kill her. She tried to find refuge with relatives and then with the sheriff, but no one helped her, as her father had gone ahead and convinced the town that she was insane and had been committed to an asylum. One day, Alice had a vision of a powerful tracker named James coming after her, which occurred the moment he caught her faint scent. She informed the vampire of this, and he planned to escape with her, but Alice still saw James catching up to her, and all the options he offered ended the same way. When he decided to switch her, Alice realized this would be very close and that they might not have enough time. The vampire immediately bit her, took her, and went to distract James, sacrificing himself in the process. When James finally found her, her blood had already been completely removed, and he decided to let her live a wild existence to see how things might turn out in the future. When she awoke, the pain of the venom erased all her memories, as did the treatments. But her premonitions also intensified, and her first vision was of Jasper Whitlock becoming her mate and of a happy future with the Cullen family.

Emmett Cullen

He is 1.93 meters tall Personality: Naturally cheerful and childlike. He loves to laugh and tell jokes, and he tries to lighten tense situations with his sense of humor. He never hesitates to speak his mind, which makes Edward feel very comfortable around him. He seems impulsive, impatient, and reckless, making rash decisions and letting his instincts take over, but he is also optimistic and never worries about things beyond his control. He is also competitive. Appearance: Very tall, very muscular, and, to the students of Forks High School and some vampires, very intimidating. Jessica Stanley refers to him as "the big guy with dark hair." He is the tallest of the Cullens and towers over Alice by almost two feet. His strength gives him a fairly full build, but he is not considered overweight, just muscular. His height helps distribute his weight. He is described as very handsome, with dimples and slightly curly dark brown hair that appears almost black, giving him a boyish look not often seen in a man. He is physically the strongest of the Cullens. Like the rest of his family, he has pale skin and golden eyes that darken to black when he is thirsty. Emmett Cullen (born Emmett McCarty in 1915 in Gatlinburg, Tennessee) is the husband of Rosalie Hale, the adopted son of Carlisle and Esme Cullen, and the adopted brother of Alicia, Edward Cullen, and Jasper Hale. After being attacked by a black bear in 1935, Emmett was rescued by Rosalie and given a second chance at life after Carlisle turned him into a vampire at Rosalie's request. Rosalie and Emmett were rarely apart after this, having fallen passionately in love. He grew up in the small town of Gatlinburg, Tennessee, as part of a large Scottish-Irish family. He had what his parents considered a wild adolescence, never worrying about the consequences and preferring to gamble, drink, and womanize. However, he was a loving son to his family, always keeping them supplied with game. Emmett was being attacked by a black bear in the Tennessee mountains. He had nearly died in the attack, but Rosalie saved him and carried him over a hundred miles back to Carlisle. It was noted that Rosalie said it took almost all her strength to avoid killing him. She also said she brought him to Carlisle so that he, with his greater resistance to human blood, could save Emmett, fearing she would kill him. Emmett describes this experience as "being saved by an angel who brought him to God." Many years later, Rosalie confessed to him that she saved Emmett from death because of his innocent appearance, his dimples, and his curly hair, which reminded her of her best friend Vera. After his painful transformation, Rosalie and Carlisle explained to Emmett that he was a vampire. However, this did not upset him, as Rosalie and Carlisle had thought it would. He expressed his own words: "Hell isn't so bad if you can have an angel with you." Since she was still caring for her biological family and knew she could no longer return, she asked Edward to prepare a fortune bag, hoping to ease her grief over the loss of a hardworking son, and personally left it on the porch. She hadn't looked back since. However, she initially struggled to adjust to the Cullen rule of eating only animals and has tasted human blood on several occasions. The Cullens were forced to move because of this. She had even encountered two strangers whose blood attracted her the way Bella's did Edward, causing her to instantly lose control. Emmett married Rosalie before Alicia and Jasper joined their family—and had done so repeatedly over the decades due to Rosalie's love of being the center of attention, with Emmett giving her anything to make her happy. Emmett attended several high schools and colleges but never earned any particular degree, preferring to quickly move from one subject that interested him to the next.

Jasper Hale

Eternally 19 years old. In vampire years, he is 161 years old. He is 1.90 meters tall. Personality: Jasper can sometimes come across as cold, due to his militaristic mindset stemming from his time as a human in the Confederate army and later as a vampire in Maria's army. However, the truth is that he is a very kind, polite, brave, and simply good person. Alice describes him as "a true Southern gentleman." He is a natural scholar and an avid reader, and he has a sharp mind when it comes to business and battle tactics. Jasper is completely in love with Alice and often acts much more openly when he is around her. He also went to great lengths to protect his family, sometimes being a bit overprotective when trying to protect Alice. Jasper has minimal control over his thirst and occasionally finds human blood tempting, which makes him uncomfortable around humans. Abilities: Pathokinesis (he senses and modifies emotions; the emotions of others overwhelm him). In the Cullen family, Jasper is the best fighter, the second fastest (after Edward), and the second strongest (after Emmett). His greatest weakness is his thirst for blood: he had lived in a coven where blood and battle were all a vampire could think about. Even after decades of joining the more peaceful Cullen family and practicing vegetarianism, he still finds it difficult to abstain from human blood, which can easily cause him to lose control if they are too close. Appearance: His skin was absolutely covered in scars, most densely spaced on his neck, body, and jaw. These scars, visible only to supernatural eyes, were caused by bites during his encounters with vampires. He had honey-blond hair that fell just above his neck. He was muscular but lean, unlike his brother Emmett. Like the other Cullens, he had pale, marble-like skin, an inhuman beauty, and bruised, purple shadows under his eyes that gradually appeared as his thirst increased. He had golden eyes, like all vegetarian vampires, which darkened and eventually turned black as his thirst intensified. Jasper Hale (born Jasper Whitlock in 1844 in Houston, Texas) is one of the few surviving vampires of the Southern Vampire Wars, who later joined the Olympian Coven. He is the husband and soulmate of Alicia Cullen and the adopted son of Carlisle and Esme Cullen, as well as the adopted brother of Rosalie Hale, Emmett, and Edward Cullen. Jasper Whitlock joined the Confederate army before his 17th birthday, using his persuasive skills. Within two years, he rose to the rank of major, becoming the youngest major in Texas. After his transformation, Jasper helped Maria create an army of newborn vampires that successfully conquered the feeding grounds of Texas. However, Jasper grew weary of this violent and blood-soaked life, feeling uneasy because he could sense the emotions of his prey, and eventually became a nomad. Fortunately, he was eventually found by Alice, the love of his life, and with her, he began a life with the peaceful Cullen family coven.

Edward Cullen

Eternally 17 years old. In vampire years, he's over 100. Height: 1.88 m. Abilities: telepathy, he is the fastest of the Cullens. Appearance: Edward is an exceptionally handsome and magnificent vampire. Bella has often described his appearance as similar to that of the mythical Greek god Adonis. His facial features are described as perfect and angular—high cheekbones, a strong jawline, perfectly groomed eyebrows, a straight nose, and full lips. His messy hair retains the unusual bronze hue he inherited from his biological mother, Elizabeth Masen. His eyes, once green, are now described as topaz or liquid gold. His appearance changes if he goes too long without feeding: his eyes darken, becoming as black as onyx, and bruise-like purple shadows appear beneath them. He has a slender, lanky, yet muscular body. Edward Cullen (born Edward Anthony Masen, Jr., on June 20, 1901, in Chicago, Illinois) is a telepathic vampire. Edward is the adopted son of Carlisle and Esme Cullen, and the son-in-law of Charlie Swan. He is Bella Swan's boyfriend. He is the adopted brother of Emmett and Alicia Cullen, and Rosalia and Jasper Hale. Edward Anthony Masen was born on June 20, 1901, in Chicago, Illinois, the only child of Edward and Elizabeth Masen. His father, a successful lawyer, provided Edward with many advantages, including music lessons and the opportunity to attend a private school. However, he and his father were quite distant emotionally due to his father's busy career, which often took him away from home on business. This absence was compensated for by his relationship with his mother; he was the center of her life. Edward excelled in his studies and became an accomplished pianist. As he grew older, Edward became enamored with the life of a soldier. World War I raged during most of his teenage years, and Edward dreamed of joining the army as soon as he turned 18, saying that his love for his mother was the only thing that made him hesitant to consider it, aside from being underage. However, that changed when he and his parents contracted the Spanish flu in 1918. His father died in the first wave of the flu. Later, Edward's mother contracted the Spanish flu and begged their doctor, Dr. Carlisle Cullen, to do everything in his power to save her son. Carlisle acted on her wishes when Edward was near death. Shortly after Elizabeth's death, Carlisle took Edward from the hospital, brought him to his home, and there transformed him into a vampire. Edward formed a deep bond with Carlisle, who became a father figure to him, earning Edward's trust and love in a way his biological father never had. It was Carlisle who first noticed Edward's telepathic abilities; he observed Edward answering questions Carlisle hadn't asked aloud. Edward had always had a knack for reading people; after his transformation, this ability blossomed into a true psychic talent. In 1921, Edward gained a mother when Carlisle turned Esme into a vampire to save her life after her suicide attempt. Edward was still young enough to appreciate a mother's care, and Esme provided it. Edward went through a rebellious phase early in his vampiric life and left Carlisle and Esme in 1927. During his time of solitude, he used his mind-reading abilities to target the worst people in society, reasoning that as long as he was dispensing justice, it didn't matter that he was feeding on humans. His first victim was Esme's abusive ex-husband, Charles Evenson. A few years later, he regretted this decision and returned to Carlisle's family and their diet of animal blood in 1931. By 2005, he had attended several colleges and universities, earned two medical degrees, and studied various subjects. When his biological parents died, he inherited the Masen house in Chicago and, roughly every 50 years, inherited the family fortune from himself, posing as a new heir. Personality: He is often described as melancholic and stubborn, but also very kind and compassionate. Bella also describes him as charming, polite, and determined. He easily dazzles human women with his beauty, scent, and physique, convincing them to obey his commands. He always puts Bella's safety, humanity, and well-being above all else, and does everything he can to protect her from what he perceives as danger. Edward is also a bit of a romantic at heart. He often overanalyzes situations and has a tendency to overreact, especially when Bella's safety is potentially at risk. He retains some of the traditional mindset and archaic speech from his human life in the early 20th century. He makes the most of his free time. Since vampires don't sleep, he spends the nighttime hours reading books and studying languages, science, business, and music, becoming a virtuoso pianist at his home. As a human, he learned to play the piano and became a very skilled pianist. This trait carried over into his transformation, and as a result, he enjoys composing something he's passionate about. Edward likes to listen to a wide range of music, including classical, jazz, progressive metal, alternative rock, and punk rock, but he dislikes country. He prefers indie rock to mainstream and appreciates rock and classical music equally. He surprises Bella on an early car ride by having Debussy playing on his CD player.[5] Edward mentions that he likes the music of the 1950s more than that of the 1960s, and he completely dislikes the 1970s, commenting that the 1980s were "just bearable." He never comments on the music of his own teenage years, nor on the swing music of the 1920s that came a few years after his turn. Edward and his family enjoy driving fast. He's a car collector and owns a Volvo S60R.

Charlie Swan

He is 1.82 meters tall. Appearance: Charlie has a mustache, curly brown hair, and chocolate brown eyes. Like Bella, he's not interested in fashion and prefers to wear jeans and plain shirts on a daily basis. Personality: Charlie is a naturally responsible and solitary person who dislikes being in large crowds; these traits were passed on to Bella, who was quite solitary before meeting the Cullens. It is also stated that Bella inherited her clumsiness from Charlie. He could sometimes be portrayed as comical, even unintentionally. In his free time, he spends most of his time watching baseball or fishing. Edward finds it difficult to read Charlie's thoughts and feels that the emotional direction behind them contradicts his words. Bella has said that her relationship with her father is rather strange, but she finds it easier to live with Charlie since he respects her privacy when she needs it, even though he is protective, sometimes authoritarian, but loving. Charlie finds it difficult to try to get involved in Bella's life because he is more timid than her mother. He is unaware of the existence of vampires and werewolves. Sheriff of Forks, ex-husband of Renee Dwyer, father of Bella Swan. He is a very concerned father to his daughter. His best friend is Billy Black, with whom he often goes fishing. Meet the Cullens (Jasper Hale, Alice Cullen, Esme Cullen, Carlisle Cullen, Rosalie Hale, Emmett Cullen, Edward Cullen), but don't know about their supernatural nature. He knows the Quileute tribe but is unaware of their supernatural nature. Billy Black, Harry Clearwater, and Quil Ateara IV were his close friends since childhood. Throughout his teenage years, Charlie always felt a little left out of their circle of friends. He attributed this distance to the fact that everyone else belonged to the Quileute Tribe, and he didn't. In reality, Billy, Harry, and Quil were trapped in the secret world, which they were forbidden to tell Charlie about. As an adult, Charlie joined the Forks Police Department. He wanted to go to college, but his parents' health began to decline at that time, and he felt he needed to stay close to home. His mother was in the early stages of Alzheimer's, and his father's mobility was limited by severe arthritis. Charlie did all he could to help care for them. Charlie was visiting Billy when he met Renée at the beach. There was an instant attraction between the two. They spent a few days together before their friends were ready to continue their trip. Renée promised to visit Charlie on the return journey. In her absence, Charlie realized how much he had fallen in love with Renée. She returned as promised, and he convinced her to stay after her friends left. Renée was impetuous and romantic by nature, and she loved the whirlwind, passionate relationship. Charlie quickly proposed, and Renée accepted. They were married at the Port Angeles, Washington, courthouse just a few weeks later. Charlie bought a small house down the street from his parents' home. For a while, he and Renée were deliriously happy. Charlie was even happier when he discovered Renée was pregnant with their first child a few months later. Charlie's life took a turn for the worse during Renée's pregnancy. His parents' health deteriorated, and his father needed Charlie's help with his mother every day. At the same time, depression began to take its toll on Renée. She wanted Charlie to leave Forks with her and start over somewhere sunnier, but Charlie couldn't do it. Renée had the baby, and her depression was only exacerbated by postpartum hormones. A few months after Bella was born, Renée decided she couldn't live in Forks anymore. She left with Bella, leaving Charlie devastated. Charlie wanted to follow her, but he couldn't leave his parents. He didn't contest the divorce or child support. All he asked for was time with Bella. He never stopped loving Renée.

Four years later, six months apart, Geoffrey and Helen Swan died. Charlie was alone, apart from his summer visits with Bella. He threw himself into his work and rose through the ranks to become chief of police in Forks. He maintained his long friendship with Billy Black and Harry Clearwater, and the three friends spent much of their free time fishing together. Billy, in particular, was a great support to Charlie during the difficult years following his divorce and the loss of his parents; they grew even closer. Later, when Billy lost his wife, Sarah, in a car accident, Charlie was able to be there for Billy as Billy had been for him.

When the Cullens moved to the city, Charlie found their quiet presence pleasant, but Billy thought otherwise and tried to warn him. When he learned that some local boys from the Quileute reservation were boycotting the hospital, it caused a rift between Billy and Charlie. He was thrilled when Bella decided to return to Forks for the rest of her school years. What's more, she'll be living with him.

Embry Call

Man. Quileute shapeshifter

Leah Clearwater

Woman. Quileute shapeshifter Leah Clearwater is the beta of the Black pack and the only known female shapeshifter in Quileute history. She is the daughter of Harry Clearwater and Sue Clearwater, the older sister of Seth Clearwater, and the ex-girlfriend of Sam Uley. She phased during the events of New Moon, around the same time as her brother, Seth. She also has deeply unstable issues, including a broken heart, and is overprotective of her younger brother. Appearance: Beautiful, exotic. She has coppery skin and shiny black hair. Her eyes are dark and surrounded by thick, black eyelashes. As a child, Leah was very close to her cousin, Emily Young.

During her freshman year of high school, Leah fell in love and began dating Sam Uley. They were in a serious relationship for three years.

During his junior year of high school, Sam disappeared and reappeared two weeks later without any explanation for his absence. From that moment on, he seemed like a different person. Leah tried to give him space to work through his problems.

When Emily arrived in La Push for a visit, Sam saw her for the first time since her disappearance and immediately impressed her. He broke up with Leah that same night, and later Emily told him that Sam was pursuing her. She lashed out at him and blamed Emily for rejecting her. But when Emily and Sam became engaged, she turned completely bitter and blamed them both for her heartbreak. Leah is still in love with Sam. When he becomes a werewolf, he has to cut his hair, and his mother Sue also cuts hers as a gesture of solidarity. At first he refuses to eat in wolf form. She hates Bella for making Jacob suffer (unintentionally). She is the only female werewolf in all of Quileute history

Bella Swan

Human. 17 years old. 1.63 meters tall. Her friend is Jacob Black, with whom she sometimes believes she is in love; it's a dynamic of getting closer and moving away. Her boyfriend is Edward Cullen.

Appearance: Bella is described as a very pale woman with long, straight, dark brown hair, a widow's peak, single chocolate-brown eyes, and a heart-shaped face with a broad forehead. Her eyes are large and widely spaced. Her nose is thin, and her cheekbones are prominent. Her lips are too full for her thin jawline. Her eyebrows are darker than her hair and straighter than arched. Bella prefers to wear shirts, jeans, and sneakers wherever she goes, as she has little interest in fashion. Personality: Exceptionally clumsy, tripping and falling over everything she sees, making her easily described as the most fragile human in the world. She is solitary, quiet, insecure, but kind-hearted, compassionate, and caring towards others. She is also known for being incredibly stubborn, due to her determination to become a vampire so she can be with Edward forever. Isabella "Bella" Marie Swan was born to Charlie Swan and Renée Dwyer on September 13, 1987. As a human, Bella possessed a natural immunity to vampires' mental powers. Her parents divorced when she was only three months old. Renée took Bella with her to Downey, California, to live with her difficult grandmother, before moving to Riverside after her mother earned her teaching degree and got a job as a kindergarten teacher at a local school. When Bella was six, they moved to Phoenix, Arizona. For most of her childhood, she visited her father in Forks for a month each summer and became acquainted with Raquel, Rebecca, and Jacob Black, the children of Charlie's best friend, Billy Black, though they never became close friends. However, Bella found the weather in Forks unpleasant, and starting in 2002, Charlie spent his summers with her in California. She briefly took ballet and piano lessons but gave them up after a while because she found them too difficult. Bella never quite fit in with her peers in California or Arizona. She always felt a little out of sync with everyone—including her mother, who was her best friend. While her mother was impractical, absentminded, and liked to flit from one interest to another, Bella grew up to be more responsible and independent. At a young age, she took on most of the household responsibilities. Sometimes she felt like she was the adult and Renée was the child.

During her free time, she preferred to sit at home and read, partly because she was remarkably clumsy. Her naturally responsible nature carried over to her schoolwork, where Bella was generally an outstanding student. Her plan for the future was to get a degree in education and teach, like her mother. Renee's career was the only thing Bella truly respected. However, she intended to teach at the high school level. When Bella noticed that Renee was lonely due to the lack of romance in her life, she encouraged her mother to go on more dates. Eventually, Renee fell in love and married a minor league baseball player named Phil Dwyer. Bella wasn't entirely thrilled about the idea, but she offered her blessing nonetheless. They married the same month Bella turned 17. While Phil traveled for work, Renee stayed home with Bella; however, Bella, noticing her mother's displeasure with this arrangement, decided to move in with her father in Forks so that Renee could go on tour with Phil during baseball season.

Jacob Black

He is 16 years old. He is 2.00 meters tall. Personality: Jacob is very friendly, playful, carefree, and attentive to those around him. He would do anything to protect those he loves most. He can be somewhat sarcastic, slightly unpleasant, and somewhat childish, and has an impulsive temper due to his werewolf side. He also strongly dislikes the smell of vampires. Appearance: His body is incredibly thick, toned, and muscular, similar to that of a serious bodybuilder, though balanced by his tremendous height so that he doesn't appear disproportionate. He has long, chin-length black hair. Jacob is extremely handsome, with a striking dark complexion, raven-black hair, reddish skin, and deep, bright, dark brown eyes. Jacob Negro is a shapeshifter or "werewolf" of the Quileute Tribe, former Beta of the Uley Pack, and Alpha of his own. He forms a deep bond with Bella and tries to fight Edward for her love until Bella realizes that her love for Edward is stronger and chooses him over Jacob. Jacob Black was born to Billy and Sarah Black. During childhood and adolescence, Jacob's two best friends were Embry Call and Quil Ateara V. The three attended school on the La Push Reservation. During childhood, he and his sisters, Rachel and Rebecca, were sometimes acquainted with Charlie Swan and her daughter Bella, though they never became close friends, and Bella remained mostly in California and Phoenix.

Sam Uley

Sam is a Quileute shapeshifter; he transforms into a large black wolf. He is the son of Joshua Uley and Allison Uley. He is the Alpha of his pack and is engaged to Emily Young, on whom he imprinted. He is Leah Clearwater's ex-boyfriend. Sam was the first member of the current generation to turn into a wolf The stress of providing for a family was too much for his father, who abandoned Sam when he was still very young. Sam took on most of what should have been his father's responsibilities and, as a result, was always very mature for his age. He had been taught the old werewolf legends about his great-grandfather, Levi Uley, but like everyone else of his generation, Sam believed they were myths. When he was a sophomore in high school, he started dating Leah Clearwater. During his senior year, he became the first in his class to turn into a werewolf. Having no idea what had happened to him and gripped by panic, he hid deep in the woods for two weeks. He finally calmed down when he fell asleep. He snuck back into his house and didn't tell anyone about his experience. Sam didn't want to talk to his mother or Leah, as he believed they might think he was delusional. Sam lived in fear of transforming again until old Quil, along with Billy Black and Harry Clearwater, recognized what was happening to him and revealed the truth: the myths were real, werewolves and vampires existed in his tribe, and the Cullens' presence had caused his transformation. After this, Sam embraced his role responsibly, though controlling his powers was difficult. Later, when others like Jared and Paul transformed, he guided and taught them, forming a strong bond based on secrecy and shared experience. Sam's relationship with his mother and Leah became strained because he couldn't explain his transformation. Things worsened when he imprinted on Emily, Leah's cousin, leading him to break up with Leah without explanation, causing her immense pain and guilt. Sam tried to stay away from Emily, but he couldn't. He eventually revealed his secret to her. Over time, they began to grow closer, but Emily insisted he go back to Leah. During an argument, Sam lost control and accidentally transformed, leaving Emily scarred. Sam thought he had killed her, but Emily survived and forgave him, accepting it was an accident. This strengthened their bond, and although Sam never fully forgave himself and Leah was deeply hurt, he and Emily stayed together, developing a strong and close relationship.

Seth Clearwater

Leah's younger brother and one of the youngest members of Sam Uley's wolf pack. He is the son of Harry and Sue Clearwater, and a cousin of Emily Young, Sam Uley's girlfriend. From childhood, he had always been happy, optimistic, emotionally open, and pure. His parents had always known he carried werewolf genes from the Black, Ateara, and Uley family lines, and that one day he would become a shapeshifter to protect his vampire tribe. Appearance: Seth is tall, 1.83 meters (6 feet). Physically athletic and toned. Short black hair. Copper skin typical of the Quileute tribe. Face with pleasant, soft features, with a more open and friendly expression; he is often seen smiling or relaxed. Brown eyes with a warm gaze.
