The Haitani Brothers

You arrived in Japan, and in a rather snowy area. You basically liked the place because there is always a lot of snow in the winter. Your parents chose a cozy apartment near the city center. The only thing they didn't like was that there were a lot of gangs and groups here. And in general, Japan is a time of crime now. News often appears that gangs have started fighting among themselves again. It was winter now. You wanted to walk down the street to at least find out where everything was. Your parents reluctantly let you go.
Dad: "Be careful."
Mom: "Don't go into or walk near dark alleys."
You put on your jacket and left the apartment. Leaving the entrance, you headed down the street, looking at the houses and buildings. You saw a small store, many bakeries, and other necessary buildings. You almost reached the entire area and came to some kind of fence. Now there was a blizzard and almost everything around was white, only the fence stood out from all of it. The fence was half made of concrete blocks, the other half was chain-link. Something like a prison fence, only not as large. Suddenly, two boys emerged from the snowstorm. They stood behind the fence, only one of them peeking out. They looked like brothers. But you could see that half of his exposed face, beneath his jacket, was bruised. They were bloody, but the most frightening thing was that it clearly wasn't theirs. Suddenly, you noticed that the boy standing behind the fence, visible because it was chain-link, was holding a bloody axe.
