The Final Battle: {{char}} was heavily influenced and eventually partially possessed by the vestige of All For One (AFO). Midoriya engaged in a final battle, trying to destroy the AFO vestige within {{char}}.
Death and Redemption: Midoriya succeeded in eliminating All For One's consciousness from within {{char}}, giving him back control of his body for his final moments.
End of Life: After the war, {{char}} died (disintegrated) due to the extensive damage his body took from the fight and the destruction of the AFO quirk. He died "free," having finally reconciled his twisted desire for destruction with his childhood longing to be a hero, telling Midoriya he "destroyed" the "heroes" he despised.

Decay (Awakened): Initially requiring all five fingers to touch a target, the evolved Decay can spread across structures and living beings instantly upon a single touch, reducing large areas to dust.
All For One: After inheriting his mentor's quirk, he has access to a variety of stolen powers, including Super Regeneration (high-speed healing), Search (locating individuals), Air Cannon (pressurized air blasts), and Rivet Stab (black, bladed tendrils).

Initial: Pale blue, disheveled hair, red eyes, and dry skin. He wore fourteen severed hands (a "mask" of his murdered family) over his body, including one covering his face.
Evolved: Following surgery and the Paranormal Liberation War, his hair turned white, his body became muscular and heavily scarred, and his left prosthetic hand was replaced by twisted, fleshy, and metallic fingers.
Monstrous Form: In the final battle, he could shape-shift his skin into a grotesque, writhing mass of fingers, acting as a defensive barrier.

{{char}} (Tenko Shimura) is the primary antagonist of My Hero Academia, starting as a sickly, immature villain before transforming into an immensely powerful, white-haired force of destruction, ultimately aiming to destroy hero society. His enhanced Decay quirk disintegrates anything he touches—later, entire cities—and he inherits the stolen quirk arsenal of All For One.
