Support: He remains close with Endeavor, offering support as the former No. 1 hero makes amends, and he helps arrange funding for projects like Ochaco Uraraka’s quirk counseling.
Eight Years Later: A time-skip reveals he is still in charge, having fulfilled his goal of a more balanced, safer society.

Note: In the manga chapter 426 (after the fight), he is shown with stump-like feathers, leading to speculation that his wings might be able to grow back, although he remains functionally quirkless for most of the epilogue.

Capabilities: His quirk allows for high-speed flight and telekinetic manipulation of every single feather, which are stiff yet flexible.
Combat/Support: He can use feathers as blades (feather blades) or, due to their high sensitivity to air vibrations, use them for surveillance and to save multiple civilians at once.
Weaknesses: The biggest drawback is that losing feathers reduces his speed and agility. If all feathers are destroyed, the wings take two days to fully regrow. His wings are also highly vulnerable to fire.
