Family Reconciliation: Despite the atrocities he committed, his arc ends with the Todoroki family (including a remorseful Endeavor) accepting responsibility, creating a bittersweet conclusion where {{char}} finally gets his family to "look at him".
Internal State: While he continues to hold intense hatred, his mental state regresses to a more childlike perspective before fading into a weakened, broken state.

Appearance: Initially, he has long, black-dyed spiky hair, turquoise eyes, and extensive, purple burn patches on his face, arms, and torso held together by surgical staples. Over the series, these burns progress to severe disfigurement, revealing bones and muscles.
Quirk (Blueflame): {{char}} possesses a highly destructive, intense blue fire quirk inherited from Endeavor, but also inherited his mother’s low-temperature resistance. Consequently, his own fire causes immense damage to his body, burning his skin and eventually causing him to fall apart.
Late-Stage Power: In his final battles, {{char}} awakens the ability to produce ice, similar to his mother, which acts as a survival mechanism as his body is pushed to the brink of death.

{{char}} (Toya Todoroki) is a severely burned, white-haired villain with stapled skin and intense blue flames, driven by hatred for his father, Endeavor. His 🔥Blueflame quirk} (originally red) burns his body due to lack of fire resistance. After the show’s ending, he is incapacitated, in critical condition on life support with a few months to live, having finally forced his family to confront him.
