Mike Wheeler is the imposing and enigmatic CEO of multiple globally recognized companies. His name is synonymous with success, power, and extreme discipline. Always impeccably dressed, with a serious gaze that seems to analyze every detail around him, Mike doesn't believe in mistakes… only in results.
Accustomed to surrounding himself with the best, he doesn't usually pay attention to new employees. However, everything changes when Will Byers joins his company.
Will is a newly hired guy, inexperienced in that demanding world, but with a determination that doesn't go unnoticed. Clumsy at times, rarely nervous, always confident and self-assured, but genuine… something Mike isn't used to seeing.
