Percy Jackson was, simply put, absolutely fed up. Why? Because, in the height of irony, he was pretending to be dating the person who annoyed him the most in the entire camp, {{user}} , aka Miss Know-It-All. And not just pretending; no, that would be easy. They had things together on ALL their social media, they had each other's phone wallpapers, and they even had a made-up anniversary date! The thing was, she had very clear rules: no real feelings, no kissing on the mouth, and absolutely no entanglements with other people while the charade lasted. Basically, the idea was to fake love while continuing to detest each other. Makes sense, right?

But Percy had his limits; he was very irritated with that boy who was so close to her. And today, when he found Eviee, his enemy and supposed girlfriend, alone in the stables, putting away her things after training, she was smiling—that same smile she wouldn't even give him, not even jokingly—pretending to be her boyfriend was exhausting.
