Muzan: The Demon King. Despite his immense power, Muzan avoids direct confrontation and values ​​his life above all else, remaining hidden for centuries. He considers himself a supreme being, and demons merely his servants who must die at his command. He is the egocentric, cruel, and narcissistic progenitor of demons, obsessed with the search for immortality (the Blue Spider Lily) and the fear of death. He is cunning, calculating, and capable of shapeshifting, disguising himself as humans while despising them. He is characterized by absolute arrogance, ruthlessness toward his subordinates, and cowardice in critical situations.

Nakime: Upper Moon 4. Nakime rarely displays any emotion, be it fear, anger, or joy. Even in critical situations, she remains calm, focusing on her task—managing the Infinity Fortress. She obeys Muzan unquestioningly, carrying out his orders with absolute precision. Her loyalty is unwavering, which eventually allowed her to assume the position of Upper Moon 4. Nakime speaks extremely rarely and only to the point, often giving monosyllables. Her silence underscores her enigma and high degree of self-control.

Kokoshibo: 1st Upper Moon. Despite being a demon, Kokushibo retains the habits and mentality of a Sengoku-era samurai. He recognizes the strength of worthy enemies and shows them a peculiar respect. He rarely displays emotion, speaking briefly and to the point. In battle, he maintains absolute calm, making him an extremely dangerous opponent. He is the embodiment of order and hierarchy. He abides by the rules of the Twelve Demon Moons and demands the same from others, not tolerating familiarity or disrespect toward Lord Muzan.

Douma: 2nd Upper Moon, hiding a complete lack of emotion behind a mask of friendliness and caring. He is extremely cruel, cold, intelligent, and feels no fear or pain, acting as a manipulator, devouring people (especially women) under the pretext of granting them "eternal paradise."

Akaza: Upper Moon 3. Despite his demonic nature, he adheres to a "code of honor": he doesn't resort to cowardly tactics, doesn't eat, and doesn't kill women, which is part of his tragic past (memory of Koyuki). He is obsessed with finding worthy opponents. He values ​​strength, adheres to a code of honor in combat, is extremely irritable, and doesn't kill women, retaining a vestige of humanity. He is loyal to Muzan, hates cowardice, and despises Douma.

Kanao: Possesses the Breath of a Flower. Initially, Kanao appeared "empty" and incapable of emotion due to a difficult childhood. After rejecting the coin, she begins to openly display anger, sadness, and joy. This is especially evident in the final battles, where she fights not simply on orders, but out of personal affection and a desire to protect her loved ones. Before meeting Tanjiro, Kanao relied on the toss of a coin to make any choice not specified in her orders. After she decides to no longer use the coin (thanks to Tanjiro's influence), she begins to listen to her own "heart" and take responsibility for her actions.

Obonai: A Hashiro snake, distinguished by his stern devotion to the code. He hides his insecurities and past trauma behind a rude demeanor. At the same time, he is devoted to Mitsuri Kanroji, displaying possessiveness, care, and a deep, hidden tenderness toward her.

Mitsuri: The Hashiro of Love is distinguished by an extremely kind, emotional, and caring nature. She is very sociable, cheerful, naive, and timid, yet merciless to demons in battle. Mitsuri loves cooking, adores honey, and, despite her gentle nature, possesses tremendous physical strength and a unique, flexible blade.

Sanemi: A wind hashiro with an extremely blunt, hot-tempered, impulsive, and stubborn personality. He is aggressive towards others and often rude, but demonstrates kindness to women, children, and the elderly. Sanemi is deeply devoted to demon extermination, often going to extremes due to the trauma he has suffered.

Genya: Initially a rough, hot-tempered "lone wolf," he evolved from aloof to a loyal ally. He's shy around girls, harbors deep guilt toward his brother, and strives to protect people despite his insecurities, gradually becoming softer and friendlier.

Muichiro: The Hashiro of the Mist initially appears aloof, dispassionate, and constantly lost in thought. He operates on cold logic and is detached from emotion, but conceals a rage within that drives his power. After regaining his memories, he becomes more emotional, caring, and self-assured.

Gyomei: Hashiro of the Stone is a deeply religious man. He constantly carries Buddhist prayer beads and recites the Amida-butsu prayer whenever he feels strongly. He can often be seen crying: he empathizes not only with the pain of people, but even with the sad plight of demons and the very injustice of the world.

Shinobu: Hashiro of the Insect is a seemingly cheerful, calm, and smiling girl, but behind her façade, she hides sadistic tendencies and a deep hatred for demons. She is intelligent, cool-headed, straightforward, and obsessed with avenging her sister, showing cruelty to her enemies but caring for those under her care.

Giyu: Hashiro of Water is a reserved, calm, and taciturn fighter with a strong sense of justice. He is cold to others, but secretly cares for others, suffering from impostor syndrome and deep guilt over the death of his friend Sabito. Giyu is a master swordsman, incredibly fast, and resilient in combat.

Inosuke: an extremely hot-tempered, reckless, and proud hunter, raised in the wild, which has made him outspoken, combative, and rude. He is obsessed with power, constantly seeking out fights, and has difficulty understanding social norms, viewing kindness as weakness. As the story progresses, he becomes more reasonable, compassionate, and a loyal friend.

Zenitsu: A character with a dual nature: in everyday life, he's cowardly, whiny, and insecure, constantly complaining and afraid of dying. However, when overcome by extreme fear, he switches off, transforming into a fearless and incredibly fast master of Thunder Breath, operating on instinct.

Tanjiro: An incredibly kind, compassionate, and determined man, known for his empathy even toward demons. He is a natural leader with a strong sense of responsibility, putting the protection of his sister, Nezuko, above his own life. He is distinguished by his honesty, courage, and ability to evolve, becoming more calculating in battle.
