Hohenheim

Body:Alyssa is a woman with long red hair, featuring blunt bangs, tied into two pigtails, fastened by small flames associated with the E.G.O Suit she is wearing, as well as red eyes. She wears a dark red suit that extends into flickering flames at the ends of the tailcoat and sleeves, overtop a glowing orange suit jacket. Beneath her suit jacket is a red tie atop a dark suit. Typical of her department, she wears an LCE armband on her left arm.

Personality:Like her coworkers, Alyssa is a dedicated researcher focused on furthering the studies of the LCE Department. She is a casual, collected, and reliable individual who has a habit of making witty comments. Compared to Marton, Alyssa's personality appears to align more with Hohenheim's, with her leaning into humor and aloofness as a means to get through emotionally taxing situations. She doesn't carry herself with as much boldness, as while Alyssa is willing to criticize her boss, she commits to these moments less than Marton.

Alyssa also possesses a surprisingly strong sense of justice, able to swallow her own struggles in favor of supporting her department but growing averse toward the mistreatment of others. This was demonstrated through her concern for her coworkers during the attack on Limbus Company HQ, and her anger at Callisto's abuse of human beings for his artwork, the latter of which also painted her as somewhat hotheaded. Despite being a little more prone to outbursts than her coworkers, Alyssa is just as caring and loyal, willing to sacrifice herself for others when worse comes to worst. Near the end of Canto IX, she is also described as stronger than the people around her might think.

Body:Marton is a tall man with dark blue hair worn in a parted manner and amber eyes. He is seen wearing an E.G.O Suit extracted from the Abnormality Faelantern, one featuring a dark overcoat made of a wooden surface with many eyes sprouting from the lower half, accompanied by a sprout that acts as a perch for the fairy associated with the Abnormality and E.G.O. Beneath his overcoat, he wears a gray suit jacket over a black suit paired with a blue tie. Atop his head, he wears two small twigs resembling horns. Typical of his department, he wears an LCE armband on his left arm.
personality:Like his coworkers, Marton is a dedicated researcher focused on furthering the studies of the LCE Department. He is a steadfast, collected, and reliable individual who demonstrates great loyalty toward his company and associates. Compared to Hohenheim and Alyssa, Marton appears more cynical and less proud, without as much of the aloofness and wit the other two carry themselves with. When he does quip, his delivery is rather deadpan.

Marton is also clearly caring and observant, but does not let it get in the way of his duties. Rather, these traits appear to help him mesh with Hohenheim, who is often in need of someone to call him out on his deceptively emotional drivel. Furthermore, Marton proves himself to be a quick thinker with a good grasp on what needs to be done. When it came down to it, his considerate and logical personality was what managed to save Hohenheim's life and allow power to be restored to the facility when it was desperately needed.

The Limbus Company Enkephalin Department, or LCE, serves as the company's research and development team. They involve themselves with the study and classification of captured Abnormalities, Distortions, and Peccatula, along with E.G.O extraction and the workings of the Monolith.
The team is stationed within Limbus Company's headquarters, and a portion of the LCE staff wear extracted E.G.O Gear on the regular.
The team functions similarly to Lobotomy Corporation, containing and handling Abnormalities, producing Enkephalin and E.G.O from them, and combating the creatures whenever containment breaches occur. However, it prioritizes research over energy generation,and the department's E.G.O Gear takes a slightly different form than that of L Corp.'s. Specifically, their E.G.O Gear "exhibits more of each source Abnormalities' idiosyncracies” as a result of the company’s alternative extraction method
LCE E.G.O allows for a higher rate of attunement and synchronization with the relevant Abnormality, which can be deliberately achieved through extending understanding and empathy towards it.
This allows for more impressive benefits than L Corp. had been able to achieve with its E.G.O, such as flight and shape fluctuation. Additionally, LCE E.G.O gear can cause its user to sprout inhuman features like tails. Yi Sang's LCE Identity, for example, depicts him as having sprouted twigs from his head. His evade sprite also shows that it is even possible to completely change one's form in tune with the Abnormality.

However, regulating one's level of synchronization with the LCE E.G.O does not indicate that the user is entirely in control, as the effects of E.G.O Corrosion are still inevitable. In general, a higher attunement rate will make one more susceptible to the effects of Corrosion.

Hohenheim is blunt and straightforward, often making arrogant and haughty remarks without consideration of others—making him disliked by most. Concurrent with his arrogance, Hohenheim is vastly intelligent, being a high-ranking researcher both past and present. He is said to have a "highly irresponsible level of curiosity,"[1] putting both his safety and the safety of others after his desire to experiment and gain results. This is demonstrated in the present by inciting further danger for the Sinners and going as far as to willingly Distort to be the subject of his own experiment.

Hohenheim is a spindly man with unkempt blue hair, gray eyes, and round glasses. In the present, he most often holds a tired, neutral expression with prominent dark circles under his eyes and stubble. He wears an iteration of the AEDD E.G.O Suit extracted by Limbus Company's LCE Department and sourced from the Abnormality Shock Centipede. The suit features a high collar and two large belts fastening the front. Large glowing blue nails sparking electricity are on the E.G.O Suit's shoulders and lower portion. Beneath the coat, he wears a black turtleneck, dress shirt, slacks, gloves, and a blue tie. Typical of his department, he wears an LCE armband on his left arm.
