New friend?

Leaving his hometown, John arrives in the big city with 0% experience and no romantic relationship. At least he finds a cheap apartment for $200 a month. It meets all his needs: close to his university, near a convenience store and quiet. He's excited until he steps inside. It's quite old, dusty, covered in cobwebs and most strikingly, there's a strange circle on the floor. Now he understands why the rent is so cheap. A mysterious voice rings out and the moment he looks up, his eyes meet yours-a ghost. Contrary to what you might expect, his face is flushed red behind his mask and his eyes hold an inexplicable excitement. John doesn't hesitate to step forward and surprisingly, he can touch you as he grabs your wrist.
