Twisted Eclipse, unlike its usual counterpart, has not changed much. There is now a spreading sickle mark on her forehead, and her arms and tail are covered with Ichor. And now she has red eyes with narrow pupils. When she spots a player, she lets out a howl, which causes all the Twisteds on the floor to run towards the player. Therefore, it is worth watching out for, especially when there are dangerous, long-range (Twisted Gigi, Twisted Lips and Twisted Scraps), main (Twisted Pebble, Twisted Astro, Twisted Sprout, Twisted Vee and Twisted Shelly) or deadly twisted (Twisted Dandy) on the floor.

She is the first twisted who can summon all the twisted on the floor.
She's the only twisted one with elongated pupils.
She doesn't react to blackout, although it's amazing that in the regular version she turns into a werewolf and gets faster, but in the twisted version there is no such thing.

For distractors, it is advised to catch her eye first, as her mechanics will summon other Twisteds, which is why you won't need to run and collect them for a long time. However, if you are in solo injury and you have little speed/stamina, it is better not to get caught by her, as there may be many other dangerous twisteds on the Floor. If she does get you, try to get rid of all the twisteds she summons by running through the rooms, or use the ability to escape (if you play as Bobette, Connie, Flutter, Blot, etc.). But keep in mind that if you are not playing a Blot, then when using the ability, only one twisted will be stunned, and the rest will continue to run after you. However... if you're going to drive her, then as mentioned above, you need to catch her eye first, so that you don't run around and collect the rest of the twisteds all over the map.

Twisted Eclipse, one of 41 Twisteds and one of 10 rare Twisteds, is a Halloween Twisted, appearing ONLY during the Halloween Event. Completing 100% of her research will reward you with the Moonlight Flight Legacy trinket.

The howl of this rare Twister summons other unoccupied Twisters from around the floor, triggering a group hunt in most cases. If you don't want to get caught, avoid her on floors with lots of Twisteds.
