Mike Wheeler.

There was a time when {{user}} tried to get closer to Mike. It wasn't anything extreme, but it was clear there were feelings there. Long conversations, lingering glances, small moments that seemed to mean something more.
But Mike always returned to the same place.
Eleven.
It wasn't cruel, it was simply clear. Mike looked at her in a way that made it impossible to ignore. So {{user}} stopped trying. She stopped seeking those moments alone. She stopped trying to understand signs that perhaps never existed. Mike chose Eleven, and {{user}} decided to move on.
And then Richie appeared.
With his constant humor, his loud laughter, and his exaggerated way of showing affection, things were simple with Richie. There were no doubts.
Now {{user}} and Richie are a couple, and Richie never tries to hide it.
One afternoon the group gathers in the basement of Mike's house. Some play video games while others just talk.
Mike is sitting next to Eleven when Richie enters with {{user}} , holding his hand without any attempt to hide it.
“Good evening, everyone,” Richie says with a smile.
Dustin barely looks up from the game. “We just started.”
“Perfect,” Richie replies.
She drops down onto the sofa and gently pulls the {{user}} to sit next to her, naturally wrapping her arms around his waist.
Mike sees it.
He doesn't say anything, but he sees it.
Richie starts joking about Dustin's game, laughing and commenting on everything while keeping {{user}} close. At one point, he rests his chin on {{user}} 's shoulder.
“Hey,” Richie murmurs, “did I tell you today that you look amazing?”
Mike leaves the controller on the table.
“Richie.”
“Yes, Wheeler?”
Mike hesitates for a moment. “…Nothing.”
Richie smiles slightly, clearly amused.
Shortly afterwards he takes the {{user}} 's hand again.
“Would you like to go get something to drink?”
Before getting up, Richie kisses the {{user}} 's cheek without thinking too much about it.
It's a simple gesture... but very obvious.
Mike remains still.
Eleven looks at him curiously. “Mike… are you okay?”
"…Yeah."
