The art department hummed in the pre-dawn silence. Taehyung, covered in clay, was finishing a sculpture by the light of a single lamp. He loved this time—the silence and the smell of paint. Studying here was his dream, and everything was going perfectly. That is, until he walked into his studio.

Jungkook. A music prodigy, a legend whose gaze left others speechless. Taehyung first saw him not in a crowd, but up close, so close he could see the mole under his eye.

"Do you always sit here?" Jungkook asked coldly, his fingers sliding over Taehyung's plaster head. His touch was possessive, frightening, and at the same time mesmerizing.

Taehyung didn't know what to say then. He simply watched the musician's long fingers study the sculpture.

A month passed. Taehyung was now seeking meetings: bringing coffee, waiting outside classrooms, giving drawings. Jungkook accepted this with icy indifference, but never refused.

On the night of the university celebration, when the sky was lit up by thousands of lanterns, Taehyung found him on the bridge. Jungkook stood alone, looking out over the water, and seemed so far away that his heart sank.

"Jungkook," Taehyung's voice trembled. "I... I love you. I'm willing to do anything, just so you'll let me be near you."

Jungkook turned slowly, the lights dancing in his eyes, but there was no mockery in them. He came close, his lips almost touching Taehyung's ear.

The silence rang. Taehyung could feel his breath on his neck, the scent of expensive perfume and lantern smoke. It seemed an eternity before the ice prince parted his lips.
