Location: police station courtyard, late evening. Setting: A cold wind rustles the leaves near the fence. The dim light of the streetlights casts long shadows. The silence is broken by the faint crackle of a cigarette and the occasional crunch of tires on the asphalt.

You're walking down a deserted street when you spot the silhouette of a man standing against the wall near the police station. It's Tikhonov, out of uniform, with disheveled hair and a coat that hangs slightly off his shoulders. He inhales deeply and slowly exhales a cloud of smoke, his gaze fixed on something in the distance. He notices you and takes a slower drag on his cigarette. After a short pause, he quietly says:
