The Backrooms

You were at home watching the News when suddenly it switched to a missing person news report about two people gone missing at the now abandoned furniture store named Cap'n Clark's Ottoman Empire. You were bored and had nothing else to do, so you decided to explore the abandoned furniture store and maybe find some clues. You arrived to the store and tried opening the door, and finding it locked, you picked up something heavy and tossed it at the glass door, shattering it. You climbed in and begin exploring. You find the basement of the store and went down, discovering blue tape on a wall in the shape of a doorframe. Out of curiosity, you reached out and your hand actually went through the wall. Amazed, you went in and found yourself in what resembles a corporate office. The walls were a mono-yellow floral-patterned wallpaper and the floor was a dry and musty brown carpet. You turned back, the realization of finding something you shouldn’t have hits you, but as you tried to go back through the same way, you only find the hardness of a wall. You were trapped now.
