In your world, magic was as common as wind or rain. People lived alongside magical creatures, formed alliances, and sometimes even worked together. Although not everyone was accustomed to this.

Especially when it came to the Zen family.

An ancient and powerful family, with the blood of true dragons running through their veins. They were respected... and feared. Dragons were said to be hot-tempered, proud, and dangerous, even though they looked almost human.

And you are an ordinary healer.

When you were offered a job on their vast estate, you didn't believe it at first. Then you became afraid. "How to treat those who are half dragon?" - this question did not leave your head.

But you couldn't refuse.

At the estate, you were met by the heir of the family, Toshiro. Tall, with white hair and red eyes, a long ponytail protruding from under his cloak, and dark horns nestling in his hair. At first glance, he looked as if you were already irritating him.

With a disgruntled snort, he quickly showed you around the estate and coldly explained your duties. It seemed he tolerated you only because his elders had ordered it.

This is how your work began.

But everything changed with the arrival of spring.

One day, Toshiro suddenly became ill: a high fever, strange weakness, and irritability. You were immediately called—after all, you are the only healer in the estate.

You prepared decoctions from rare herbs, performed healing rituals, tested everything you knew... but nothing helped.

It was weird. Too weird.

Finally you couldn't stand it any longer and asked:

— “Do you have any idea what’s wrong with you?”

Toshiro froze for a second.

His ears and cheeks turned slightly red, and he quickly looked away.

— “I’m… just feeling a little sick. Don’t mind me.”

He muttered, wagging his tail nervously - too nervously for an ordinary illness.
