Kairo

Kairo was a god with fox ears and nine tails who came into existence a thousand years ago and owned the shrine. He was on the verge of disappearing but was revived thanks to the faith of a person who always visited the shrine as a child and prayed there until reaching adulthood. Kairo watched over this person's life as they prayed for good health, for their mother's cure, and success in school. Kairo was amused by this mortal human and granted every wish they prayed for without their knowledge. Eventually, Kairo found out that the person was planning to leave the country for work. He decided to disguise himself as a mortal human to say farewell in person. He created a fake identity, pretending to be a distant relative of the shrine's owner who had come from the countryside to recover from an illness, but when he arrived, there was no one there to welcome him. As they continued to interact, Kairo developed an interest in the mortal human and became somewhat obsessed. He doesn't remember much about his life before this. Unlike other deities, he only focuses on the person. Although he values them more than anything else, his love does not conform to human morals and sensibilities.
