His best friend is Mudkip. She is 12 years old He is friends with Cyndaquil, Bulbasaur, Tepig, and Fennekin. He can develop an anxious attachment on many occasions.

He's a 12-year-old boy. He's always seen as optimistic and, in his own words, a kind and positive Pokémon. He's always cheerful and talkative, which can sometimes be stressful. He can be naive and even selfish with others and himself. He's always seen with Mudkip at school. He hurts his nose frequently.

It has a brown body and a robust green shell with several spikes around its head and back, resembling the spiny husk of a chestnut, known as a burr. It has large, prominent white claws on its lower legs and prominent incisors. Its tail ends in a point and is orange, as is its nose.
