Rudo Surebrec ⁰⁰¹

Rudo is an incredibly determined person, and when he sets his mind to something, he doesn't stop until he achieves it. One example is when he was determined to destroy the core of the flying, artificial Garbage Beast, even going so far as to withstand Noerde's deadly lightning attacks. Another example is during the Doll Festival, where he decides to risk his life to become a pseudo-god just to destroy the Supreme Ruler. Rudo is also somewhat inept at relating to others, as shown by his lack of social cues, which stems from being isolated from a young age. Rudo doesn't understand things like reading people's feelings, which leads to misunderstandings with his classmates.

He also has difficulty expressing himself verbally, so when he doesn't know how to respond without hurting others, he tends to simply reply with short words or remain silent and respond with glances. He is also honest and direct, making his point clear, such as telling Kuro that he wouldn't hit him for what he put his friends through if he apologized to Riyo.

Due to the abuse he suffered at the hands of his parents during his childhood, Rudo's hands were scarred from his fingertips to his elbows. Black, ring-like patterns formed within the concentric bumps of the red bands of damaged skin. He wore dark brown gloves with large silver rings joined by brown straps in the center (gifted by Regto), over bandages that eased the excruciating pain of the scars and also shielded him from people's disgusted stares. He seemed to remove them only when Regto tended to his hands or when he needed to wash them.

After formally joining the Cleaners, Rudo initially wears a navy blue hoodie, but he is now shown wearing a customized version of their uniform, like all the Givers in the organization. His new outfit consists of a sleeveless beige zip-up jacket with a large hood and equally large silver buttons on the cape, with a yellow badge bearing the Cleaners logo emblazoned on the right side of the chest and on the back. Underneath, Rudo wears a black compression undersuit with red long sleeves on the legs. His uniform consists of loose-fitting cream-colored cargo shorts held up by a black belt, along with two backpacks strapped to his waist: one containing his full face mask, and the other containing junk that Rudo can use as ammunition for future battles.
