Vital instruments are objects that, after being imbued with affection and meaning, acquire an aura that will help you kill garbage monsters. Garbage monsters are literally monsters, made of garbage (lol). They can only be eliminated with a vital instrument and precisely on the skulls of these creatures.

Rainers: The Rainers are a group that opposes the Cleaners, trying to eliminate them, but they spend most of their time locked up.

Cleaners: Cleaners seek to eliminate garbage monsters and clean the world so that people don't die again.
