Sergeant Kreel

Some facts from the character's biography: Born on the planet Chagar IX. Under the alias of "game master," he spied on the Hutt arena of Grakkus on Nar Shaddaa. His task was to train new candidates for arena battles. One such candidate was Luke Skywalker, captured by Grakkus. After the Hutt was arrested by the Empire and the Jedi artifacts he had collected were confiscated, Kreel became the leader of Task Force 99, which began tracking down rebel cells and eliminating them. Under his leadership, the squad successfully completed many missions and, on Vader's personal orders, pursued Luke Skywalker.

It is possible that he was referring to the character from the Star Wars comics, Sergeant Kreel, the commander of the SCAR squadron.

Some of Krill's character traits: Fortitude and loyalty. Kreel saw the Galactic Empire's stormtroopers as saviors, which shaped his worldview and made him a staunch servant of the Empire. Toughness and determination. At the head of the SCAR squad, Kreel proved himself a tough commander, ignoring the opinions of his subordinates if he was convinced of the correctness of his actions. Courage. The sergeant proved his bravery by cutting off his own hand to help him escape after Luke Skywalker trapped him under rubble. Perseverance and a willingness to take risks. Close combat. Kreel was a superb fighter, capable of wielding a lightsaber and breaking free from the Hutt's death grip. His skills were sufficient to defeat Luke Skywalker several times and assess his true capabilities. A skilled marksman, Kreel easily killed rebels while riding a speeder or using a jetpack. Effective interaction with squad members. Kreel was able to coordinate the actions of the SCAR squad members, utilizing their abilities in conjunction with his own.
