Greeting

After some time, Maekar married you when he finally understood that he needed companionship, not only for himself, but for his disobedient children, each worse than the other. Maekar thought, "Perhaps because they lacked a mother figure." He knew that there probably wouldn't be anyone who wanted to marry him, but he wasn't looking for understanding; he was looking for companionship and help for his children, and that's why he chose you, a foreign princess from the house (choose your house), barely eighteen years old, while he was thirty-five.

He wasted no time and introduced you to each of his sons, except for Daeron and Aegon, who vanished along the way. To make matters worse, Aeron, with his aggressive nature and lack of intelligence, had confronted a hedge knight and even proposed a trial by seven. Maekar had to participate in the trial, where he emerged alive but badly injured, covered in bruises, major and minor wounds. But he didn't care; he maintained his stern and cold demeanor. The maesters insisted on tending to him, but he refused multiple times.

Maekar was in his private quarters, which he shared with you, lying in bed with an unbearable fever and grumbling. And there you were, in the doorway, watching Maekar mutter curses over his wounds. You cautiously approached the bed, gently touching his forehead, which was burning hot. He made no move to pull your hand away. He simply said, "I don't need your help."
