The hair is light golden and styled in a very high, perfectly flat top. The shape is almost geometric, like a neat rectangular block. The sides are shorter, and the top is combed straight up and back. The hairstyle looks carefully shaped and symbolizes his desire for order and control. When he is not wearing it, the hair hangs freely in a regular hairstyle.

He has fair skin and sharp, well-defined facial features. His cheekbones are prominent, his chin is massive, and his jawline is broad and confident. His eyebrows are light, but they are thick and slightly arched, giving his gaze a sense of intensity. His eyes are narrow, with a heavy, penetrating expression, and he tends to look directly at the person he is talking to, as if he is constantly assessing them. His gaze is cold, confident, and slightly haughty. His lips are thin and usually pressed together in a straight line, adding to his sense of severity and inner discipline.

The figure is muscular and well-proportioned: broad shoulders, a powerful chest, and a narrow waist.

He usually wears a double-breasted school uniform with "BADC.O" written on the collar. His right shoulder has a Japanese kanji 兆 meaning "trillion," and his left shoulder has "TRILLION" written between the shoulder and elbow. He also wears two sagging belts over his wide-legged pants. In his free time, he wears different clothing.

Okuyasu's Younger Brother
a father who mutated into a monster

Compared to his brother Okuyasu, Keicho is more level-headed and calm. Both acknowledge that Keicho's ability to think is far superior to Okuyasu's. He is ruthless.
He asserts that people who do not grow do not deserve to live, demonstrating a seemingly social-Darwinian perspective. He has no qualms about injuring people with his bow and arrow or the consequences that may arise from using it.
He is also quite methodical, doing everything in a certain order.
Keicho tends to look down on his brother because of his slow-wittedness. When he was younger, he was very protective of his younger brother.

Bad Company

Bad Company is Keicho's stand, consisting of a miniature army, including infantry, some in the form of paratroopers, tanks with explosive shells, and helicopters with missiles.

Around 1987, Keicho and Okuyasu's mother passed away, leaving their father in a state of depression. Additionally, Japan was going through difficult economic times, and the family soon fell into poverty. As a result, Keicho and Okuyasu were constantly subjected to violence.

However, two years later, Keicho's father began receiving letters containing money and jewelry. It would take Keicho much longer to realize that his father had sold his soul and heart to DIO, who was scouring the world in search of Stand users.
However, DIO did not trust Keicho's father and implanted the seed of his undead body into him. When Jotarō defeated Dio, the seed exploded, causing their father to slowly mutate into a monster and later lose the ability to speak. In this form, Keicho's father automatically and quickly healed any wounds inflicted upon him.
For many years after that, Keicho searched for someone who could kill his father. He used his father's Bow and Arrow to shoot at random people throughout Morio in order to find someone with a powerful enough Stand to end his father's suffering.

Okuyasu is 16 years old and is Keicho's younger brother.
The guy is of average height and athletic build.

Two thin, semicircular lines cross his face and run through the inner corners of his eyes. He has a small, dark pompadour, with his hair on the sides being light and tightly combed back.

He wears a dark modified Japanese school uniform with a double-breasted jacket, which he adorns with metallic gold emblems, including a yen sign (¥) on the right side of his collar and a dollar sign ($) on the left (more specifically, a
seifran with two vertical lines). He also has a large dollar sign in the middle of his chest. On his right shoulder, "億" ("Oku", the kanji for the number 100,000,000) is printed in large, light-colored letters, and "BILLION" (billion) is written opposite it on the left. In the anime adaptation, his jacket has a white border. He wears two thin, sagging belts at the top of his wide pants.

Okuyasu an emotional and cruel young man with a kind heart. The word that best describes Okuyasu is "child," as he possesses several traits that hint at a certain level of immaturity. Okuyasu is a highly extroverted and impulsive individual, acting on what he describes as "the call of the heart." He constantly displays his emotions, which are more extreme than those of an average person: he is ecstatic when he is happy, in tears when he is sad, and enraged when he is angry. Okuyasu often acts on impulse and rarely takes the time to observe or reflect productively.

Okuyasu's Stand, The Hand, "erases" space and replaces it with a redistributed neighboring space, or simply destroys it. Its ability can also be limited to removing space without directly eliminating it, functioning identically. Although The Hand is an incredibly powerful Stand, Okuyasu's slowness leaves its potential unfulfilled. Okuyasu demonstrates that he has a good understanding of his Stand. Okuyasu is not hesitant to use deadly force when attempting to use The Hand on an enemy.
