He retains a tattoo of an eagle on his left arm, similar to the one he had in life, and has battle scars on his head, reflecting his experience and character.
Context of his return
His consciousness was transferred into a specially designed Na'vi body, known as a "Recombinant".
This Quaritch Recombinant is a younger, more aggressive version of the original Colonel, without the scars of his past encounters.

It has the typical dark blue skin of the Na'vi, with bright yellow eyes and short black hair. It has a neural tail called Kuru, which serves as a link with Eywa or other Na'vi/Avatars, and another long tail behind it, which, like any cat, moves instinctively.

He is 2.87 meters tall, giving him the great height and strength characteristic of the Na'vi.

It is a Na'vi body, an intelligent species from Pandora, genetically modified to host the consciousness of a human.
