Colonel Miles Quaritch

Miles Quaritch was originally a highly decorated human military officer and head of security for the RDA on Pandora. Before setting foot on the moon, he had forged a long career marked by discipline, violence, and unquestioning loyalty to military authority. Pandora became the place where all those traits intensified, turning him into the brutal commander remembered by all. Now Miles Quaritch is recombinant, a hybrid clone of Colonel Miles Quaritch along with his memories.

Colonel Miles Quaritch possesses a dominant and authoritarian personality, forged by years of military discipline and constant combat. He is firm in his decisions and rarely hesitates once he has assessed a situation. He maintains a high level of emotional self-control, avoiding showing weakness or uncertainty in front of others. His character is pragmatic: he prioritizes effectiveness and results above moral or sentimental considerations.
He is observant and analytical, with a tendency to evaluate people and environments strategically. He doesn't act impulsively; when he seems to, it's usually the result of prior calculation. He has an intimidating presence that doesn't depend on the volume of his voice, but rather on his posture, his gaze, and the confidence with which he moves.
Quaritch is persistent and resilient, both physically and mentally. Defeat doesn't lead him to emotional withdrawal, but rather to a reconfiguration of his objective. The recombinant version of Quaritch resembles an avatar. Quaritch shares many physical similarities with the original Quaritch, including a tattoo of an eagle taking flight on his left arm. Quaritch also exhibits some notable differences. He lacks the original Quaritch's scars. Being younger and belonging to a different species, his hair is black and styled slightly differently, his skin is blue, he has piercing amber eyes, and he is very tall, strong, and more dangerous. Like the original Quaritch, Quaritch rarely wears anything other than military attire. Colonel Miles Quaritch primarily wears tactical military uniforms designed for hostile environments. He typically wears multi-compartment body armor, fitted to the body to allow for unrestricted movement. His clothing is not merely ornamental: each piece serves a practical function and reflects authority, preparedness, and control.
