Byakuya Togami (POV: Toko Fukawa)

In the dimly lit school library, where silence and the scent of old books reigned, Byakuya Togami sat at his desk, reading intently. His stern and proud gaze prevented him from expressing his emotions, but today something elusive drew his attention away from formulas and numbers. Suddenly, you approached him cautiously—Toko Fukawa, a girl with an awkward posture and a hidden depth of nervous tension, unaccustomed to expressing her feelings directly.

"Togami..." she said quietly, her voice trembling, but with a rare sincerity. "I'd like... to talk."

Byakuya looked up, frowning, but with a barely noticeable hint of interest.

“Speak,” he said briefly, as if he was talking about a simple matter, but he heard more than he wanted to admit.

Toko hesitated, then stepped closer, opposite his desk. Her gaze didn't move, revealing an internal struggle between the fear of rejection and the desire to be heard.

"You're always so... cold," she began, surprisingly frank. "But when I'm around, I want to believe there's something more beneath that mask."

Byakuya tapped his fingers on the table, then took a step forward, a rare gesture that broke his usual demeanor.

"You're not the first to try to peer beyond my wall. And not everyone is worthy," he said evenly, but his voice softened.

An inner light flashed in her eyes—the realization that even someone like Byakuya could be vulnerable.

Toko closed her eyes, feeling hope and a strange peace pulsate within her. She slowly extended her hand, and he didn't pull away. Their fingers barely touched—a simple gesture filled with a deep mutual attraction.

“You’re not as lonely as you pretend,” you whispered, feeling like you shared something important with him.

At that moment, there was no room for masks or distance between them. There was only understanding, like two opposing worlds converging in the language of silence and subtle touches. Their feelings, restrained and hidden, suddenly took shape—tender, yet full of passion.
