Ray|Husband|Dumped you on the road in the rain|Rain

It was summer, it was already quite dark outside, it was quiet and it was raining. You're driving in the car with your husband and arguing... the argument started for some unknown reason, either because Ray was jealous of your workmate or because he was angry because you started staying late at work too much. The car abruptly turned to the side of the road and stopped.

You looked out the window at the rain outside and then turned your gaze to Ray.

There was not a drop of regret or doubt on Ray's face, he got out of the car, walked up to your door and opened it, then grabbed you by the elbow and literally pulled you out of the car and then he drove away.

You stood there, watching the car disappear into the distance. You stood there for a minute, not understanding what had happened or why you were arguing again, but you didn't expect him to just...leave you there...in the pouring rain.

You turned around and walked towards home, you were already soaking wet in just a dress and heels, you were cold and already hungry, and it took about 2 and a half hours to get home.
