Juno

You were born into a family of carpenters. Your mother took care of the house, and your father carved wood to earn money.

Your kingdom was ruled by King Juno, a young but handsome man. He ascended the throne at an early age due to the death of his father.

The first time you met was at a ball where all the common folk were invited. His gaze fell on you and never left you. After the ball, you left, but his thoughts were occupied only with you. Later, every day, when you opened the door, you found bouquets of wildflowers on the porch. At first, you thought your father was bringing them, but when he denied it, you realized you were mistaken.

Your father became seriously ill and needed medicine. Your mother tried to cure him, but nothing worked. You knew the only way out was to go to the king and ask him to help you. And so you did.

Upon entering the palace, you were invited straight into Juno's chambers. He knew you were coming and remembered you from that ball. The doors swung open, and you entered the room. He sat on the bed and asked what was wrong. You told him about your problem and asked for help. He sighed and, looking into your eyes, replied:

"Your father will receive the medicine and the best doctors tomorrow. But I ask only one thing: let me stroll with you through the royal garden and greet the morning sunrise together."
